They do not charge for deposits or withdrawals.
I have opened and played on or around 12 online casinos and Karamba are by far the worst I have ever dealt with. The main problem is making the first withdrawal, which took days longer than it should have done because they told me my bank statement didn’t have all the correct information on it. I sent 2 emails which were never answered and eventually I lost my temper with an online chat telling them to check the bank statement again as all the information is on there.

They finally admitted they were wrong and apologised, but still took another day to approve the withdrawal. Now you would think making such a huge error that a £50 bonus would have been handed out, but nothing. My deposit was £4900 and withdrawal amount was £5846 so not a huge profit, but every time you go online chat, the chat person keeps saying “well done on your big win” when in reality I haven’t won that much.

Shocking delaying tactics and no responses via email. I will never bet with them again and if they are linked to another casino please tell me and I will not use that either. I opened this “askgamblers” account for the sole purpose to tell others how poor they are. And it takes a lot for me to complain. I have got screen shots of everything to back me up in this. Absolutely despicable company to deal with.

I had a terribe experience with Karamba where my withdrawal was delayed and had to place a complaint to sort it out but since they put great effort in solving this for me afterwards and I figured I wouldn't get the same problems again because they now have all my info, I decided to keep on playing on their site because I like their exclusive games, it changes from the same you find on all other websites.

I won again a lot which I'm really happy about, I am waiting for my withdrawal and will be updating this review once I can tell you if it went smoothly this time. Thank you Karamba!
My first withdrawal was really complicated, it took forever to accept my papers and then money was sent twice to the wrong account.

At first point I was a bit skeptical to make an actual deposit since the site seems in my eyes a bit outdated and oldschool. Nevertheless, made an €50,- deposit and got €50,- extra bonus. Have been playing only 5 games in total to wager it all out and got very lucky to not exceed €2,50 since I made the deposit with Neteller (it was confused in the Bonus Policy since it is stated very weird.)

- Good amount of slots (Netent, Microgaming, WMS, Thunderkick & more)
- Bonus money pretty well displayed how much you need to wager etc in 'My Account'
- Games treated me pretty well, cashed out €700,-

Seems that I'll add this casino in my return-to list and get active.
- The bonus policy as I stated, is pretty weird built-up. Very weird explanations what you can expect and Skrill/Neteller deposits max. bonus is hidden in the policy, don't get tricked by that!

- More than 50% of the games they have, has only 50% wagering. A bit bull**** to be honest to put all NetEnt games, almost all WMS games and Microgaming games in the 50%. Hope this will be changed in the future because this seems pretty unfair towards the 'bonus' you get. It's 35x but with the 50% wager it makes a 70x wager instead of the slots you want to play.

At the moment of writing I am still waiting for my withdrawal, I can't make any statement at the moment about it, but will edit my review based on the speed of verification and withdrawal. For now 6 out of 10 stars. :-)

Nothing to say that's positive about Karamba, I joined in December 2016, deposited £1000, which they then gave me a £200 bonus, I played Roulette and won £7000, they then told me I had to wager on Slots and won £9376, I withdrew, then 2 days later they confiscated all my winnings and returned my £1000 saying that because I had accepted the bonus, played Roulette they had the right to confiscate my winnings, I disputed this and eventually took them to the independent Betting Adjudication Service, 6 months later IBAS ruled in my favour and forced Karamba to pay me £8376 winnings, happy days, maybe this review will help others who have had issues with this terrible site!
Everything pretty much, but mostly the way they tried to squirm out of paying what I won fairly and squarely, at least justice prevailed 😊

They have a good bonus system with a great vip ladder.
The time taken to withdraw money is completely unacceptable. First of all the cash out is pending for 48h, then they take 2 business days to review your documents, they won't accept them the first time don't be fooled, you'll have to try again 1-2 times and they take their full 2 business days EVERY TIME. Then once they finally accept your documents, they will take another 2 business days to process the withdrawal. THEN after almost 2 weeks your money will be sent. They will send you an email saying bank transfer takes 3-5 business days so you will wait 5 business days but the money WILL NOT be in your bank account. You will go back to support to ask them what is happening and they will tell you that the payment was sent 2 days later than they tough and that now, all of a sudden, bank transfers are 5-7 business days and NOT 3-5.

So I won over 2 weeks ago (it is Wednesday now) and support told me I would get my money by next Tuesday meaning a total of 3 weeks between my win and the cash out. And oh yeah, by now I kinda know they tell me b***** after **** so I'll see if the money is there. Even if everything is fine and money is there next Tuesday it will still be a 3 weeks delay.

This is horrible, and a customer support that takes 2 business days to reply to you about anything is really frustrating. Not to mention how misleading they are when it's time to ask for documents. They say they want a picture of a card while in fact they want a statement, then then they say they want a bank statement when they want a copy of a check. They will not tell you exactly what is needed because all the time they let you wait your money is still available to play with and that is exactly what they want you to do, they want you to get angry, take the money and lose it. I would not recommend this casino to anyone except if you don't mind waiting weeks and weeks for your cash outs.

Recently joined Karamba and must say I was impressed by the selection of slots available. Took advantage of the new player bonus and played through the deposit and bonus in line with the wagering requirements and actually made a healthy profit.

Very impressed with customer service, I have had one introductory phone call from them with a follow up email advising how I can upload identity documents online via the My Account section. I have uploaded my documents and am assume I am verified now, I have a pending withdrawal which takes 48hrs before been processed which is a little long in comparison with other sites I use but is acceptable.

Each day there seems to be a new promotion (todays being 100% match up to £200) which I will probably be participating in, just need to confirm that they have verified my account which they should have done by now, most sites get this done with 24 hours. Looking forward to continuing to play here at Karamba and this may well become my new favourite site.
Nothing so far, I have only rated them 8 stars as I have just made a withdrawal that is pending, should go through in next few days, and am yet to receive confirmation of receipt of my verification documents that I uploaded. I am sure these are potential 10 star site for me personally and will be back to review again once I have played a bit more.

Do not join this casino, complete con. No option to decline bonus. Desposit any money and you'll never be able to withdraw winnings, just don't do it. Deposited £200 and had to wager £4000 b4 withdrawing, joke. Cant even cut bonuses from balance. Join a site that you can decline bonuses.

The fact you can deposit using paysafecard is ideal for me the games are good like Raging Rhino and netent, great promotions always on offer and a great VIP scheme.
I had a problem as the staff had made an error but it was resolved quickly so thanks, could be doing with a bigger selection of slots. Make sure you read all the details as the free spins can be confusing.

Overall a good casino. But I'd like to see a bigger variation of games. The one thing that I would like to see is a more complete list of games. For example, they have "Raging Rhino", but not "Montezuma" they have the "Game Of Thrones 243 Lines" but not "15 Lines". This is the major thing that holds me back from playing at Karamba. It would be nice if they could fill out their slot section with a more complete list of games instead of just going for some of them.

Also, if you decide to deposit at Karamba, be ready to receive loads of phone calls about promotions and reload bonuses. I'm sure this can be disabled in the settings, just a heads up!

Caution Casino deliberately delays and averts payouts! I've been waiting for more than 2 weeks for my money now. Although I've sent all documents required, all I got was empty promises. One guy from the support chat even claimed that the money was already on its way when I complained about the delay. Two days later it was rebooked to my account without any comment.

The hotline number is a joke, too. I am a German-speaking costumer and the robot voice that takes your call is Dutch. After I've spent 30 minutes in line, the computer voice (which was now surprisingly speaking British English) told me that I was the next costumer. I was already getting ready to explain my case when all of a sudden the voice told me that i as now 3rd in line. This nonsense repeated for two more times until I gave up. To this day I'm waiting for my money (day 16)...

From my point of view I can only warn everyone to lay in this casino, at least if you wish to see your money again.
