Deser Night Casino - Denied my withdrawal 180 USD

I received free spins no deposit bonus and I ended up winning $3000. However, under the terms of the bonus, I could only withdraw a max of $180. Disappointing, but totally understandable.

I chatted with an agent named Haven who explained the process for withdrawing the $180. I had to make a deposit of at least $25 and play through it, as well as get verified by sending in documents. I screenshotted the conversation and within the next couple of days, I made the $25 deposit and played through it.

I also sent in by email all 4 of the requested documents to get verified. I followed all instructions and then waited a few days before attempting to make the withdrawal of $180. When making the request I received an error message saying the amount requested exceeded the amount available, which was shown to be $0, despite my balance of $180.

When I contacted support again, a different agent told me that my withdrawal had been denied because it was winnings received from a no-deposit bonus without a deposit made. I explained that I had in fact made a $25 deposit using Bitcoin from a wallet registered to myself and I had played through the $25. The agent repeated that they reserved the right to deny a withdrawal from a bonus without a deposit and then they abruptly ended the chat while I was in the middle of typing a response.

I have the screenshots from the agent named Haven who confirmed to me that I was in fact entitled to withdraw the $180 after making a deposit and being verified.

I think it's really unfair and feels like a scam that I was told one thing, I did it as they instructed, and then someone else decided no, they were going to deny me my winnings.

Comes across as shady not to mention the rude customer service from the second agent who denied my withdrawal and ended our chat while I was typing a quick response to them.

Hopefully, a manager or supervisor can fix this and at least honor what their first agent said to me as evidenced in the screenshots.

Desert Nights Casino - Delayed payment going in circles

Delayed payment they won’t pay me.

Had typo in my name, I sent them all the necessary documentation and the support team will tell me there done processing it and I’ll receive my funds within 24/48 hours and when they doesn’t happen they say there still “processing it” they haven’t paid ms and that just keeps happening every time I email them. It goes nowhere, one of those two responses from there support team. We just keep going in circles, I haven’t received my winnings in over a week, they won’t fix my name on my account when I’ve gave them everything they needed. Very frustrated. Scam!

Desert Nights Casino - Unfairly Delayed/Declined Withdrawal

Firstly I want to say that I love the customer service those guys are wonderful. I played a few weeks ago with a bonus code and won $400. I put in my request in for a withdrawal and received my check By Fed Ex. So I made another deposit this past Friday the 22nd and played with the same code and won a little over $2,000 this time and I played it down to exactly $2,000 and requested a withdrawal. I logged back in to check the status on Monday and it says that the withdrawal was processing. I checked my email this morning and the email reads your request to reverse your withdrawal has been accepted and your casino winnings have been credited back to your account. I then called customer service and the guy told me yes the check was processing. I asked them what was the email about I received this morning. He asked me to hold so he could research the account. He came back to the phone and said that I wagered more than the bonus code allowed. I explained that the increase amount button is not even an option. Those 50 free spins play on their own at .1 cent. There is no way it can be changed. I explained to him I always play the max of .1 cent which is $3.00. I won and cashed out a $400 check playing the same amount and the same code but now that’s it’s $2,000 they don’t want to pay. I log into my account and see that the email was not truthful and the winning were not refunded to my account for it only had a balance of $50.15 in which was the amount I had deposited. The customer service rep informed me that it was declined because of the wager about and I know that that can’t be the case because that reason is not listed anywhere in writing. I enjoy this casino and I hope this is just a misunderstanding that can be resolved. I have screen shots of all the bonuses used as well as emails. Please let me know what I can provide for proof. Absolute nightmare with this casino! I signed up and deposited £60.00 won total of £91.50 (Not a massive amount haha) I then requested to have my account self excluded as I have a gambling problem and was worried I was going to loose all winnings. I was then told by Desert nights casino that my winnings of £31.50 had been taken away and would not be withdrawn, I would only receive my deposit of £60.00 Not sure how this is fair in the slightest, hopefully they will answer now I have submitted my complaint. Hi I have just had an experience with desert night casino and thought you should know about it I claimed a $5xmas bonus and was very lucky or not so lucky depending how you look at it any way was able to make a withdrawal of the maximum allowed $100.00 I did this thinking that this was now my money. Anyway I decided to do a reversal on this and play again big mistake I then go on to win a reasonable amount this went up and down got to $500 and thought I would take it out I have now found out I was still playing the $5xmas bonus and could ony take out the $100 dollars I have never heard of this before if I had had the money put into my account then redeposited would have been no problem

Desert Nights Casino - Withdrawal trouble

I requested a withdrawal on the 19th and 21st. I was told before the withdrawal that it would take UP to 72 hours to process. It is day 5 now and neither withdrawal is processed which is delaying the 7 business days to receive the funds. All of my documents were approved before my withdrawals (I checked with CS several times). Customer service has responded quickly to my emails however I am waiting on the finance department which I have not heard from yet. I am posting my complaint early in hopes to fixing this problem. I am a US player and have read several complaints about the wire transfer and am getting worried that I may never see the funds owed to me. I will post updates.

It's a typical Rival setup, Fun and easy to play, All the cool games are available and in general a cool and easy to play, Too bad I didn't read the reviews before I played,

I made a deposit using a 200% bonus , It took the Casino 9 hours to process the deposit, This was my 18th deposit, Than they email that the deposit was in my account, I asked to add the bonus I claimed, the reply was shocking:

"Thank you for contacting Desert Nights Casino.

The bonus your trying to redeem is not available on this deposit and you'll have to make another deposit to use the bonus."

Do not waste your money or time with this casino.

I have won a couple of times and they do pay out, but have a waiting period. I like the games and they keep you entertained. Have a good variety to choose from.

You don’t always get your bonuses and then you have to be inconvenienced by reaching out to somebody to get it and sometimes you have to go to the VIP because customer support isn’t very knowledgeable!! You think you’re a VIP that you should be able to get your bonuses and then some.

I like their selections of games - although they may not be the most popular one in the market. Great customer service and online chat agent! I won the maximum cash out from a no deposit bonus there.

My account got verified in one day. If not because of few misunderstandings before, maybe I would get the cash out even faster. I got payed on the 8th day after verification.

I don't really dislike anything about this casino...but the cash out process is indeed a bit slower than some of other casinos that I've been playing.....

Okay selection of games.

Well number:

1. When it comes to withdrawing they do the absolute up most to try and get you to reverse your withdrawal. After waiting a week for them to even start processing it. I spent another week sending ludicrous ID requests. And get this they got me to send my passport held up next to my face. Never in all my life. Really totally not needed.

2. They advertise a £10 wire transfer fee on wire withdrawals. When really they charge you £44 so be very careful of this.

3. It's come to my attention that I was already excluded from there group of casinos with the same details. So all in all a bit shady. Do be careful. I am currently waiting for a reply back from them before I forward the complaints to the gambling commission for letting self excluded players play and also for the. False advertising on transfer fees.

Desert Nights Casino offer video slots from Real Time Gaming and Rival software provider. I like that there is not only Rival games but even Real Time Gaming video slots. I like RTG video slots more than Rival, I think i had better winnings at this software games.

I joined Desert Nights Casino a while ago. At least some months when I found no deposit bonus. I claimed this no deposit bonus because I wanted to try this casino. Their website looks good and they offer download, instant or mobile play mode. I choose download mode and after I created account I received around 12 $ no deposit bonus chips.

There was W.R of 60 times for the bonus and max cash out around 200$. It was good offer for no deposit bonus, maybe only W.R could be lower. But many players claim this kind of bonuses so I understand why is set in that way. I had some good winnings and I played mostly RTG video slots. I raised my balance on higher amount of bonus money and later I decided to raise my bet too. At first I had a few winnings but at the end I lost he money.

I think Desert Nights Casino is quite good casino. I did not make any deposit here, mostly because I played at other casinos where I have already verified my account. It is much easier to make deposit into casino where you already sent documents and if you have luck you can easily cash out the winnings. I do not think I will play here in near future. I think this good casino, but out there are many others which are even better than Desert Nights Casino.

I will rate it with 7 stars. I had some nice time while I was playing with bonus money.

Recently I joined Desert Nights casino because of their free chip offer.It is provided by RTG and Rival software and even though I'm not very keen on Rival, they have a few games I like. And mostly Rival are generous with their bonuses, usually they have at least 1 free chip offer. I couldn't claim their 20$ ND offer from AskGamblers, however, I saw on some other page a 10€ bonus code and claimed it instead.

First I downloaded their software and signed up. On AskGamblers it shows they have two software, but on their page it says-Powered by Rival, besides, on download I saw only Rival games. The thing was that RTG part of casino was restricted for my country but Rival not. I went to cashier, where are promotions and claimed it. I started to play scratch cards, because I don't usually play them there. I played Pirates Pillage with 0.25€ bets and got about 3 5x bet wins, but nothing more so then I went to my favorite Rival game- Spy game. I played it with 0.15€ bets but absolutely none of them gave me wins, so I got busted fast. Then I remembered that I saw another free chip in their cashier. I went there again and claimed their 7€ ND bonus (I think it was their sign up bonus). I was actually surprised I could claim 2 free bonuses in a row.

I used it on Cavalier Cash scratch cards. I liked them because they seemed interesting, the design was simple but nice too. I liked the fact that the minimum bet could be 0.10€. My bets varied from 0.10€-0.50€, most cards were empty, few gave wins of my bet size and twice I managed to get 5x betwin. Nothing much, as you can see. I played this game until my balance was empty.

I liked the look of casino lobby, the games were also nice and no technical problems appeared. I also liked the fact that the promotions were easy to claim and I didn't even have the need to contact support. So overall this casino gets nothing bad from me, recommend.
