She did not put me onto the manager and basically said no bonus didn't have any affiliation to Ask Gamblers...

This complaint has been reopened due to the declared willingness on behalf of Desert Nights Casino management to do everything within their power to solve their old complaints. AskGamblers Complaints Team is reluctant to give these old cases one more chance for a successful resolution.

Hi Tammydoll,

I have looked into this and the agent has advised correctly. The bonuses that are available for the players are listed in the casino cashier. If the bonus is not listed there player is not eligible for that bonus. Promotions are advsetised but not all players are eligible for them
