This is a strange slot as it seems to have a whole bunch of weird variations available at different casinos. I have seen at least three different Deal or No Deal slots that all seem to be officially licensed yet use different graphics, sound effects, features and paytables. The graphics in this particular version look well drawn but are a little plain for my taste - I'm not sure what the point of the white shape behind the royal symbols is, and the gradient fill on the other symbols looks a little like it might be the result of a junior toying with Photoshop on his first day at the office! Jackpot Joy have a fruit machine themed game which has the same three progressive jackpots on offer but much nicer looking symbols and graphics, although I'll accept this could just be a case of personal taste.
Many progressive games offer several jackpots of widely varying value, but Deal or No Deal doesn't bother with anything small and the three jackpots at Sky Vegas where the free play game on this page is hosted currently has prizes of £14K, £59K and £131K up for grabs provided you are playing all 20 lines. I wouldn't recommend playing this game if you don't have the bankroll to bet on all the lines as your heart will surely break if you were to manage to hit the top prize in the bonus game with the jackpot unavailable!
There are three bonus features in this game but all are triggered from the same single set of telephone scatter symbols. Three or more scatters will award any of the three bonuses at random, although the Deal or No Deal Jackpot Game seems to occur very infrequently with only three or four scatters. Landing all five scatters guarantees you entry to the jackpot game, but making it through to the end of the feature doesn't guarantee you will walk away with the jackpot. That might seem obvious to many players but it's particularly worth bearing in mind when playing this game because as the banker makes you offers you might be tempted to keep turning them down because of the possibility of making it to the end for a 1 in 2 shot at the jackpot when infact your odds are nothing like 50% ... probably closer to 0.005%!
The other two features can be a bit ropey in all honesty, the reel banker promises unlimited free spins however the moment the banker lands anywhere on reel three the feature is over. In my experience you are lucky to make it through even five free spins before this occurs and most of the time this feature is a complete waste of time. Finally "The Bankers Best Offer" gives you the chance to select from several banker offers however the maximum prize is fixed at 20 times your stake and so it shouldn't be too difficult to work out when to accept as the banker almost always gives the maximum at some point during the round.
This seems like a fairly weak attempt at incorporating aspects of the hit game show into a slot and I really would suggest there are much better versions of Deal or No Deal available on-line. Whichever casino you might be playing at there will surely be plenty of better games on offer than this one!
