They have really really bad live support. They have no automatic system for bonuses if they offer some bonuses or freespins you must write and wait on live chat to get your bonuses every time. And they may misinform (!) about bonuses.
They may say you have 100% bonus with your deposit but 5 minutes later on the same chat page they say you cant use 100% bonus.
All players should know what they experience in that casino.

Cute design, easy to navigate, everything was straight forward and quick. There are a lot of different games to choose from. I signed up last week, registration was super fast. Had a bit of trouble figuring out how to claim bonuses but used the live chat to talk to someone. They were very friendly and helped take care of the problem and I got my bonus.

You can kind of tell that it’s new but everything seems to be in working order, lots of games, got my money the next day after withdrawing, support staff was helpful. Tournaments were cool when they had them but couldn’t find info on them later on.
No tournaments at this moment. Took 2 days to receive my winnings after withdrawal. Live chat could be faster, can’t play demo games until after registration. Read terms and conditions before trying to claim bonuses, that’s really the only complaint that I have. As long as you read everything before you jump in, Yoyo is great. Good support on website, too.

Found this casino at the section for new casinos here on askgamblers and after looking at it everything looked good with plenty of games. I Made a couple of deposits and won around 1k euro and decided to withdraw, verification was smooth and after that things got shady. Even tho they only have 24h pending time on ewallets their finance department asked me to split my withdraw. I asked chat what the reason of it was because it wasnt some huge amount only 1k euro but I never got an answer so I did split the amount and made 2 withdraws x500 euro. Later that day I recived on one of the withdraws so I asked chat what the reason was now and they told me that I have to wait another three days for the second one even tho they only have 24 hour on ewallets. I decided to cancel the other withdraw and played it instead and asked for an account closure.

So if you are planing to win big this is not the casino for you.
