Return my winnings. I am very sad that yoyocasino.com is treating its players so poorly and not giving me my winnings. For about 3 months, I have not been able to log into my account. Every time I try to log in, an error pops up. I have written to the support email dozens of times but have not received a single response.

In the live chat, they constantly promise that they will contact me via email, saying that I need to complete verification, but they have never sent any requirements for this verification. This is just mockery. How can you treat your customers like this?

Every time I write to support, I get the same response: "We will contact you by email soon." At some point, I thought that maybe they had the wrong email address. I clarified through the live chat, but they referred to player confidentiality and explained nothing. In general, everything is as usual: no explanations and some empty responses.

I cannot log into my account, I cannot withdraw my winnings, and the casino is not helping to resolve this situation. It feels like they just don't care about their customers. You can simply send the requirements needed for verification instead of giving those "promising" responses.

This is disrespect and complete disregard for the problems of their players. I am so tired of this. Return my winnings and stop this madness!

It is just a six for me. I do think they still have a lot of work to do on this one, and I can say that there is a lot of effort given when it comes to the better layout as well. This has been a consistent trend for this site and I give them a lot of kudos for it. One can say that they really did a great job to work out on it at this point in time as well. Some would even put up a lot of time in this site for its simple design.

You can even consider the overall look and feel of the site for a change, but I think what plays a huge role in this site’s poor results is the lack of key games to choose from.
Everyone wants to have a wide variety of games to play and I am so sure that everyone of those people who want to enjoy their casino experience would want a lot of options, not the ones that are very limited and easy to finish than usual.

I can say about this casino that its website is clear, has a lot of games and fast on-line service I highly RECOMMEND.

There are also disadvantages, unfortunately, and one of the biggest ones is the lack of no deposit bonuses which I think encourage players to visit the casino's website. I think it will change someday.

They do have a nice selection of slots and a nice welcome offer. There is really nothing else positiv that i can say about this casino. I have had problems with that group before...

I made first deposit there when I tried to play a slot half of the slots where not available or missing. Other slots where not loading and when I managed to load a slot then everything was lagging. I have had similar problems with other casinos of that group. I closed my account there and thats it. Its a shame that this is called "gambling". I have lost most of my balance because slot froze and I had to reload the slot or play a different slot because of the horrible lag, I really would like to know why outfits like this are listed here at askgamblers....

The 3 stars is for the many providers and their friendly live chat, and that it used to be a cool place to play.
Its not the first time another casino behaving strange, but never YoyoCasino before.
It makes you wonder.

I dislike that when following their promotions, and make deposit for a bonus and bonus is credited, then redirected to the slot where the bonus is supposed to be in, its not, and going to chat for help where i'm told that their sorry but the bonus isn't available, but they offer me some tournament.
Nothing telling this on casino website, and no mails have been send out.
This i dislike big time.

Almost all of my favourite games are available. Only missing the ELK games as they are not available in my country.

- First of all you need to play 3x your deposit amount before you can do a withdrawal, even if you don't take any bonus or free spins. I was not aware of that before I started to play in that casino and I never experienced that in any other casino.
- Be prepared that your withdrawals will be paid on a personal schedule which will be set by the finance department and you have almost no influence to change that. So if you have a bigger win, be prepared that it will take weeks until you get your money.
- Finance dept. is working only 8 hours a day and no support at the weekend. So a good excuse to further delay transactions.

I signed up here 3 weeks ago with another brand of the same operator called "AlfCasino". My deposited amount in this period of time is 1.000€ (raw). I heard about this site, and finally decided to try it out.
What I have to say, that it was worth it.
Nice design, and all of my favorite slots are presented here. I decided to take a risk, and deposited 50 eur, and had to claim my bonus in the chat. But to be fair, got my 200 spins and 100% after asking them for it.
By the way, I got some misunderstanding with wagering conditions, but was explained everything correctly, so the support is quite professional and I didn't have any troubles with them.
Only thing I haven't checked yet, is how fast they payout, buy I'm sure that I'll win big and let you know in the nearest future!

They have all the usual slots and everything on the site works fine (except for the customer service).

The withdrawal process including the verification takes forever. Had to contact the support multiple times, it takes them forever to answer. Withdrawals get canceled multiple times and you'll get asked for senseless things like splitting the withdrawal in smaller parts etc.

I've played in so many different online casinos but it was never such a hassle to get my withdrawal and I've never had to wait for SO long to get even a small amount. I think it's pretty obvious that they're trying their best to get you to cancel your withdrawal before they cash it out. I'm sorry but that's just bad customer service.

I am seriously starting to believe this casino is a scam. I deposited a few times without winning anything special. I then managed to win about 1400 euros. I sent in documents early to verify account, since I know that always come up. My withdrawal got cancelled, without a word. I then ask why, they needed more documents. I now send that and withdraw again.

Once again it got cancelled. Once again I have to contact them. Now they tell me that I have to make withdrawal in smaller amounts. I do that. Once again it get cancelled. Now they say my bank doesn't accept it, and I need to withdraw through an e-wallet. I do that. Once again it get cancelled, now they say I need to make a deposit with my e-wallet before withdrawal. I deposit another 20 euros, and make a withdrawal. Once again, cancelled. Now they need screenshot of e-wallet. I send that... cancelled again (forgot the small amount thing) another withdrawal split into 5 smaller parts.

Wait 48 hours.complain that I haven gotten my money, telling them I will report them here and to the malta gaming commission. I then receive mail that they have sent me money. but only 2 out of the 5. This is getting really frustrating, but I will not give up. This is my money and I will write to everyone connected to this company if I have too.

Yo! Yo! Yo! It's Yoyo Casino, where your money can go a-yo-yo, for better or for worse, but here's one good casino that offers no-wagering free spins without having to pay any deposit fee for them! I like this very much! Other similar casinos would charge a deposit fee for giving no-wagering free spins, of up to about 3.5% of the deposit amount, but there's only one casino that I know of that charges a massive $2 for any deposit under $50, and that casino tops the list for being ridiculous with deposit fees! They have really really bad live support. They have no automatic system for bonuses if they offer some bonuses or freespins you must write and wait on live chat to get your bonuses every time. And they may misinform (!) about bonuses.
They may say you have 100% bonus with your deposit but 5 minutes later on the same chat page they say you cant use 100% bonus.
All players should know what they experience in that casino.
