Stalling my €20,000 payment for over a week now

On Wed 7th October I deposited a total of €16,500 (€14,000 via a Visa and €2,500 via a Mastercard). The deposits were one after another (ie. after losing the previous one). After a run of good luck my balance was €20,000. I requested €2,500 back to the MasterCard and the remaining €17,500 to the Visa. The casino requested identity documents which were quickly verified. They informed me that withdraws are processed within 24 hours. This then changed to within 2 days. Now they are saying that it could be at the end of this week! So we've gone from 24 hours to 2 days to over a week! I find this length of time completely unacceptable. I cannot fathom why the casino is constantly changing the timescales. I feel that I am a victim of a scam here, and have grave concerns due to the large amounts involved. It doesn't help that the casino is being unfaithful by continually delaying payment of my funds and adjusting the timescales. I see no reason why they cannot simply payout today, why do they have to wait a week when they clearly state that all withdraws are processed within 24 hours...

Non payment of withdrawal

I made withdrawal request of 1400 euros 10 days ago. My account has been verified and other withdrawals foe smaller amounts which were requested after have been paid. The casino say their was a technical issue with the withdrawal request, but cannot say when it will be resolved. Their web-site suggest that all payments will be made within 72 hours.

There really isn't much positive to say about them if they take so long to withdraw.

Slow payout times. Live chat representatives tell you it will take <24 hours.
After changing their minds to say 2 days... I've now been waiting over 8 days and still not paid.

I'd recommend avoiding this casino if you want to be paid your winnings in a timely manner.

Statusbet is a Microgaming software powered casino and was added to AskGamblers only recently. The first thing I noticed about this casino is that they lack promotions. On AskGamblers I saw that the only promotion they offer is a 50% bonus for highrollers that required minimum deposit of 1000€ and that is way out of my league.

After I registered there I saw that the minimum deposit for Skrill was 10€ and that was delightful as I thought the minimum deposit would be much higher (judging after the highroller bonus). I made a 40€ deposit and played with my money only. I went to play Game of Thrones with 0.30€ bets. I played for about 20 minutes and lost more than half of my balance. Only once I hit a decent win of 8€ but the game didn't seem to be in a giving mode so after that I played Merlins Millions slot.

I know my balance wasn't high enough to play with 0.50€ bets, but I still did that. I had a few 5x bet winnings, nothing more, so I was losing fast, but right before I got busted, I got bonus round where I had to pick owls. Luckily I managed to get a few before I got "collect" symbol, so this bonus gave me almost 40x bet winning, so my balance was back to amount I had before starting to play this slot. Then I went to play The Dark Knight Rises slot. I played with minimum stakes and although wilds came up very frequently, I couldn't get any higher win than 10x bet. I played around 150 spins and Batman spins were up to 35 free spins but unfortunately I only got 2 scatters all the time, no bonus round, and at the end busted.

Overall I think Statusbet casino is a decent casino, they offer many things in their casino, including live dealer games which definitely is a good thing. But I saw many minuses too, which makes me think I wouldn't deposit there again.

The game selection for slots was small and there were many my favorite MG games missing, also the variety of promotions wasn't pleasant. If they would improve those two things, I might think reconsider depositing again because I think they are trustful.
