I´m very sad with this casino, because I bet a lot, I lost Money, I earn Money, and now I stop bet....and I can´t make a withdrawal


I deposited 400€. Now I have 540€ and I cant make the withdrawal...
Chat is closed, and in the site said that have 24hours a day, 7 days a week...i´m not understand this.
I already sent a lot of e-mails, and never received any answer.
I already tried to call the telephone contact .... the phone is not working! (8-800-100-6928 (International))
After sending several emails, my account was closed a few hours ago.

Worst casino livehelp I have ever come across,, Sarah (livehelp Agent) misadvised me and ended up costing me hours of wasted play... The issue was then confirmed by Sebastian (livehelp Agent)... Both of these livehelp agents were not authorised to make the decision they made which was then reversed by management.. Personally dont see the point in livehelp if they will advise you but then adivse they were not authorised to make the decision.. Overall very dissappointed with the casino ability to manage timescales on complaints..

Also I asked Sarah 7 times the name of the regulator and Sebastian 4 times .. Both agents refused to provide me with the regulators information meaning I had to come to ask gamblers to find out how to contact then.. Id AVOID AVOID AVOID

We really need to apologize for the misinformation made by one of our agents in the very beginning.
The confusion was between BETS vs. WINNINGS - After receiving a bonus, you placed a bet over the allowed maximum and therefore the winnings should be voided and the original deposit would be credited to your account as per T&Cs §4.7.
The agent thought that only in case of winning with that bet, the winnings would be voided.
We really appreciate your honesty for telling immediately in the chat that it was done by mistake and want to apologize once again for taking so long to resolve this issue, as it was an exceptional case that had to go through upper management and the finance dept. We refunded half of the winnings, which you accepted and next time we will be more careful and faster in future.
I hope that you will forgive us for that little mistake by our agent between 2 words and hope to see you again.
