SinCity Casino - Stalling payment for over a month, no contact, no answers

September 26th I made a withdrawal at for 5 000 SEK. I also sent the verifying documents that every internet casino is requesting. Even though I have mailed them several times, and been in contact with the chat support at least 10 times, I have received exactly ZERO mails back. I haven't even received a mail that confirms my withdrawal. I had to force the chat support to answer my mail that they had received the withdrawal request. After 8 attempts they answered that it was recieved and sent to the cashier, but they couldn't do anything else.

Now I'm really tired of this and are ready to report them for any authorities that might get them closed down. Have anyone else any history with

I have mailed once again, without any response.
I strongly recommend everyone to NOT play at this casino since they obviously are a fraud, and should be shut down as soon as possible.

I have been contacted from other players that have the same experience with SinsityCasino at this very moment. How are we able to have them shut down? This is nothing but a fraud.

I made a withdrawal august 26th 2015 for 5 000 SEK. The very same day I sent all my verification documents. But I got no confirmation mail for the withdrawal OR the documents.

I have been in contact with the "customer service" at least 30 times through chat, and I always get the same answer:

- "We can't do anything, please send a mail to [email protected] and we will forward it to the financial department".

And so I did. Many times. Still no answer.
So I contacted the Support again and again, and always the same answer - "Send us another email, we can't do anything".

As you can see, I have no opportunity to cancel my withdrawal in any way either.

Through my last thread I have been contacted by other players that have experienced the same thing, and are still waiting for their money.

There are no other conclusion than that­nci­tyc­asi­ are a fraud. They are letting you play for money, they take their commission and earn their money. But IF you win, you're out of the game, cause you will probably never see your money on your account again.

So, except for a complain, this is a serious question how to contact any authorities that are able to shut down this Casino. Or contact the payment solutions, since I guess they are NOT interested to work with organized crime.
