Delayed payment, support not responding


The facts are very simple here. I deposited about 5 times at the casino and lost all and then I had luck and won 1989 Euros playing my best slot games.
I asked for a pay out to my account of course. This was on September 4. Now it is October 9 and still there is not any pay out from them. During this time I have emailed their support and chatted as well. The simply do not respond. Nobody is at the casino. It seems the casino only takes deposit and then just doesn't even respond. AMAZING.

I have no update from them. I sent 2 more emails today to see if they respond.

Their chat says they do not know anything but that I should email and they will reply when they can. i tell the chat that they have not ever replied to me in more than 1 month and they tell me to keep waiting.

Very comical.


At least now the chat gave me another email to try so I emailed this new email to see if anyone is home.

Unfair confiscation of legitimate winnings
Hello, A couple of days ago I made an account on Sincity casino and made use of the welcome package they offered. On my second deposit of 200 euro's I won a nice amount of 1450 and made a withdrawal. Now today they e-mail me saying only my payment is declined. I thought it was because I needed to verify my account but the e-mail didn't ask for any documents. So I tried to log in but my account was locked so I contacted support. After she checked she told me I wound't get my withdrawal paid but only my deposits returned (400 euro's instead of 1450) because players from the Netherlands were not allowed to play in their casino. Now is it that I always check the terms in all casino's I play and they have a long list of prohibited countries but The Netherlands is not one of them. Also I told her that when I made an account The Netherlands is an option to select filling in the details so that didn't make any sense to me either. She then replied that she was sorry and that the terms on the website were not updated yet but they will be soon. I mean good for them but then you can not apply these terms to my case since you haven't even posted them on your site. Luckily I have screenshots of it all and I will post them below. I have screenshots of the full chat log but I will just post the part where she admits that the terms are not even updated yet and of course the terms where it states the prohibited countries. I hope they see this and come to the conclusion that the way they handled this is just wrong and they should take responsibility for this since as a player you can only follow the term that are posted on the site. Else they can just make up whatever they want and tell you that it still needs to be updated. Thanks

Sin City Casino - Casino voids 7000 with no good reason

I am a player since the beginning that sincity started( about 2 years), I played there allot and over the years and won some and loose some always got payed in full eventually.. Last months I was making numerous deposits didn't had so much luck until last time. I made a deposit of 200 and got a bonus of 100 euro. I kept me on all the rules of the terms and conditions. I got very lucky and hit 1000 times my bet on league of fortune.

It felt great the excitement of winnings such a big amount with a small bet-size I thought nothing can go wrong I am a 2 years customer with the casino long time verified always got payed big amounts (my biggest cash was 13k).

And then it struck me I got this heart breaking email, that I won't get payed, with a rules which they can apply to everybody in there benefit. I quote the rule

" Bonuses offered by Sincitycasino.com are intended for genuine recreational players only. Sincitycasino.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend or lock any account if bonus abuse is suspected. At our discretion, all bonuses and subsequent gaming activity may be revoked and voided, and deposits returned.''

I didn't do anything wrong i just played and hit 1000 times my bet it's a pity that such a good reliable casino like sincity applied this rule to me. As I didn't broke any T&C. I played in the same way all last 2 years didn't cheated or do anything what is prohibited in the T&C.

Why is it before when I lost my money they didn't send me any email I couldn't play anymore just waited until I made win. A casino has the right to bonusban every player but not to void 7k of winnings on a nonsense rule like this I hope this askgambler can help me out.
