No sign from my payment, support is not responding

Hello, A couple of days ago I made an account on Sincity casino and made use of the welcome package they offered. On my second deposit of 200 euro's I won a nice amount of 1450 and made a withdrawal. Now today they e-mail me saying only my payment is declined. I thought it was because I needed to verify my account but the e-mail didn't ask for any documents. So I tried to log in but my account was locked so I contacted support. After she checked she told me I wound't get my withdrawal paid but only my deposits returned (400 euro's instead of 1450) because players from the Netherlands were not allowed to play in their casino. Now is it that I always check the terms in all casino's I play and they have a long list of prohibited countries but The Netherlands is not one of them. Also I told her that when I made an account The Netherlands is an option to select filling in the details so that didn't make any sense to me either. She then replied that she was sorry and that the terms on the website were not updated yet but they will be soon. I mean good for them but then you can not apply these terms to my case since you haven't even posted them on your site. Luckily I have screenshots of it all and I will post them below. I have screenshots of the full chat log but I will just post the part where she admits that the terms are not even updated yet and of course the terms where it states the prohibited countries. I hope they see this and come to the conclusion that the way they handled this is just wrong and they should take responsibility for this since as a player you can only follow the term that are posted on the site. Else they can just make up whatever they want and tell you that it still needs to be updated. Thanks

Just want to make people aware about this casino. On their promotions page is says you will receive a 75% bonus and 30 free spins on Gonzos Quest. So I made my second deposit, received the 75% and was told I will get the free spins the following day. Logged in the next day, no free spins, contacted chat and was told the minimum deposit to get the free spins is €100. Checked their terms and conditions and the information about the promotion itself and nowhere on either page does it state that the minimum deposit is €100, in fact is says the minimum deposit to receive any bonus is €10 not €100. Asked the guy in chat if he could show me where is states this condition, he couldn't, in fact he cut me off and has now blocked me from playing the games. The facts are very simple here. I deposited about 5 times at the casino and lost all and then I had luck and won 1989 Euros playing my best slot games. I asked for a pay out to my account of course. This was on September 4. Now it is October 9 and still there is not any pay out from them. During this time I have emailed their support and chatted as well. The simply do not respond. Nobody is at the casino. It seems the casino only takes deposit and then just doesn't even respond. AMAZING.

September 26th I made a withdrawal at Sincitycasino.com for 5 000 SEK. I also sent the verifying documents that every internet casino is requesting. Even though I have mailed them several times, and been in contact with the chat support at least 10 times, I have received exactly ZERO mails back. I haven't even received a mail that confirms my withdrawal. I had to force the chat support to answer my mail that they had received the withdrawal request. After 8 attempts they answered that it was recieved and sent to the cashier, but they couldn't do anything else. Hi , at the end of the month of july i played at sincity casino, i won £1366 playing slots. I made a withdraw then a few days after i sent my documents as requested. I waited a few days with no answer from them. I went on livechat and asked them if my documents got aproved, they said that they did and i should received my payments within a few days. A week passed and i still didn't receive my withdraw, so i live chated again with them, this time they told me that can't know anything about my withdraw , only the financial departement can answer me, they told me to email support, so i did, i never received an answer. Sin City Casino does not pay my winnings about 250 usd. I'm waiting for 8 days payout of 15,140 Russian roubles (about 250 usd), although the standard payment term of 2 days. Support requires that I wrote letters to the Finance Department. I wrote several letters - but the Finance Department does not respond to my letters on e-mail.

I got very lucky and hit 1000 times my bet on league of fortune.

And then it struck me I got this heart breaking email, that I won't get payed, with a rules which they can apply to everybody in there benefit. I quote the rule

I didn't do anything wrong i just played and hit 1000 times my bet it's a pity that such a good reliable casino like sincity applied this rule to me. As I didn't broke any T&C. I played in the same way all last 2 years didn't cheated or do anything what is prohibited in the T&C.

Why is it before when I lost my money they didn't send me any email I couldn't play anymore just waited until I made win. A casino has the right to bonusban every player but not to void 7k of winnings on a nonsense rule like this I hope this askgambler can help me out.
