Not responding to my emails

The casino has restricted the account. Since May 23, I can only log in and I can 't play. I sent all the documents. They respond twice a month. Since August 4, they do not respond to emails in the chat, they do not solve anything.

I had a balance of $230, but the balance disappeared somewhere? The score is zero. I don't understand why it can take so long and when they unlock and return $230 to the casino balance.

Hi. I won 4000£ on zodiac casino and withdrawn it to PayPal but suddenly my account after verification got reset and I don’t see any transactions. My loyalty rewards are gone as well. Zodiac casino has told me repeatedly that I don’t have a valid email and I ain’t using a matching email, although this is the same email I always use, so know they won’t pay me my 260$ withdrawal that they owe me.

They continue to ignore my emails and have erased many emails from them up to March of 2022 and I have played this casino many times before as well.

As per their term, it's supposed to be in pending for 48 hours. It was supposed to be released yesterday, but the amount is still in my account.

I try to reach support and all they can say is It will be send tomorrow. They can't tell me when exactly and why they didn't send it yesterday.

My complain here is that the 48 hours pending is long enough, now 95+ hours in pending is unacceptable and we all know why they do that "pending" period.

I will have to wait all week-end and more when I should have received it yesterday.

Support won't help me other than saying tomorrow.

I played the slots with Zodiac Casino and maganaged to win £3,500. I went to withdrew my money on 24th April 2019 and still have not received my money- despite providing all 6 of the documents that Zodiac have slowly requested from me over 14 days.

Zodiac have still been encouraging me to gamble via email and accepting my deposits.

I strongly think that Zodiac do not have the funds to pay me.

Zodiac emailed me on 29 April saying that in order to process my withdrawal I needed to send my:

Driving licence

Front and back of card.

I sent all the requested documents. However Zodiac still did not process my withdrawal; and 7 days later they asked for my bank statement, and bizarrely a picture of my ID next to the computer with my Zodiac signed in.

I duly provided this and have still not received my money.

Payment delayed, risk management team is yet to comeback after a week of waiting

Hi, I went on winning 400usd however when I initiated the withdrawal casino asked to confirm the identity and requested to send the documents via email. I submitted the documents last Wednesday, after a day I went back to live chat they informed it's pending with risk management team and I followed up couple of times with risk team and in live chat but til date I haven't received any response. basically i have played online casinos for many years on and off . small amounts here and there. in the past when receiving welcome bonuses i might have created duplicate accounts at the same casino. which i did with zodiac. last tuesday i received a call from zodiac telling me i had won the daily internal lottery and my account had been credited with a bonus of £120 to play and win. that evening i went home and started playing the casino with my bonus. after a few hours i had won over £3000 after checking that i had done the play through i decided to withdraw £3000. which i did. next day i get an email to say my winnings are being processed. yesterday (tuesday) i noticed that the withdraw was still pending taking it into three business days so i spoke to the online chat who told me i would have to email risk management. which i did only to be told by annabelle that the winnings were voided and confiscated because i had multiple accounts open. go back to last october i had a similar thing where i won £400. same thing happened. After speaking to annabelle via email and her explaining that i could only have one account she agreed to pay out the £400 as long as i stuck to just the one account. And as i explained to her now that i knew this i would do just that. And I did. everything was fine. I got paid out and if i went back on to zodiac i would use the same account. now I've won money again the same excuse has come up not to pay. this is not justified as we spoke at the time and i have not been using multiple accounts just the one we agreed on, if anything they should have closed down any other accounts at the time as they are not used. also now they have locked my account. i have done nothing wrong. i have stayed within the guidelines i only played last thursday because of the phone call from their promotions team. i should not be vilified for this and the that payment should be made to me. please advise i do have a copy of the email form last october if you want to see it. regards graham

I received more than one email from Zodiac casino about their promotions. Probably the reason they sent them emails is because I was already registered on their so called other casinos within the Casino Rewards Group. They offered me $20 for a small $1. That seems very generous for them to give me this but my concern is this bonus once again "too good to be true". I wanted to try this out. It is a good deal not offered anywhere else. Zodiac casino is the one of the casinos out there that offers this, that includes Nostalgia casino since they offer the same type of bonus. In other words anything outside Casino Rewards that has this same offer...or better.

I happen to find 7 Sultans with a low $1 minimum deposit but nothing as close as $20 for $1. I realized if I try to take up more than one offer, particularly a welcome bonus on each of the casinos found in CR then they would prevent me from taking advantage of any offers until I made deposits. Then and only then will they release the restriction keeping me from taking this $20 bonus. This happened only once after my first welcome bonus on one of the casinos but everything turned out okay when I made deposits. All I did for this $20 bonus for the first $10 I made small $0.50 bets off of Scoop the Cash. I got to tell you the bonus when getting 3 dice symbols on the reels of 2nd, 3rd and 4th came out often then I would expect. 50% of the time the winnings would result in a small to a larger multiplier inside the bonus while 50% of the time I got awarded a pointless bonus win if the dice rolls gave me two of the same number twice or if I landed on a roll that results in 1x multiplier bet on the paytable for the rolls Imao. 1x = my triggering bet. The smallest bonus win got me $3. Eventually my bonus went down to $8 and when I had $4 left I played my last few dollars on Blackjack to reverse my bad misfortune for a dollar each. It didn't work!

My mistake is pushing my luck for another deposit of $20 and I lost that also!! I have no opinion about the withdrawal because I didn't reach that far but overall Zodiac stands at a 5 out of 10!

However, today, on the 11th of April I am trying Zodiac Casino. There are a lot of casinos I have never heard about and this casino is one of them. The casino is member of the Casino Rewards group and has games powered by Microgaming. I never heard anything bad about such casinos. However, as I did some research on the internet, I found out that they had some issue with paying the clients- they were not able to withdraw their money, or their winnings have been confiscated.

Their website really sucks. I think it is the worst looking website ever. I have never understood how casinos, which really earn a lot of money, can’t pay a professional to design their website. It is for sure the first impression the casino makes, so why?
The first deposit bonus is 20$- they give you 20$ even if you deposit only 1. That is pretty cool.

So, of course, I deposited 1$and got 20$. I started playing some slots, got 15 free spins on my 5th or 6th spin and won a few euros. After I completed my wagering requirements I had 30 euros. With 21$ on balance you can play many slots with high bet, but you can try make your way, build nice balance, and everything will be cool. The promotion I wanted to try out most on Zodiac Casino was the 2000% first deposit bonus ($1 for $20 bonus) . As I was playing with the bonus my stack immediately dropped when I played Blackjack and a few selection of Video Slots. For a $1 deposit to gain a $20 bonus I thought to myself "well this should be a good run", but I was wrong.

During my session with Zodiac I have not even triggered a bonus nor Free Spins within the $21 I had. All that came out of Zodiac Casino was my time wasted and my $1 down the drain. It was still worth it somehow just to see the truth come out. I heard Zodiac Casino is rogued so I wanted to see for myself.

For support, they were rude and unpleasant. There was this individual on Live support who was so willing to force me to deposit that I did not follow through with it...especially after witnessing a loss!
