Basically only good thing at this casino are the promotions (obviously) and the decent wager amount on them (around 30x). VIP points are also a decent bonus system.

VIP levels have no real value. Hard to get to live chat through chatbot. Spam SMS redirect to one of CR casinos. Can create multiple accounts on the casino without a warning, just need an e-mail and it links all your accounts under the same e-mail. The casino allows this and it's technically a breach of their T&C as I read, so if there is a problem later, they will have dirt on you.

But the good news is, it's only temporary. What? They say if you continue to deposit and play/wager your money the suspension will be lifted.... I mentioned that I had already made and wagered 2 other deposits this week ... They responded it doesn't matter how much or how often you deposit .... Wait what ?? You just told me that to get the suspension lifted I had to deposit and wager and show intentions to risk my own funds to lift the suspension.... Absolutely ridiculous... Selection of games. Seems like an established brand so I am sure you will get paid if you do win, however there is not much more past that. There is many negatives to this site.

Withdrawal is pending WAY too long. I believe mine was 48 business hours. They obviously prey on folks to cancel it. I’m glad I didn’t. Live chat is an annoying bot. I would not recommend playing here at all.

Zodiac Casino happens to be one of the dozens of casinos that is part of the well know and large Casino Rewards Group and was I think the very first Casino Rewards member casino that I signed up to and why would that be, well they had a sign up bonus for those that deposit just 1 euro they get a 20 euro bonus, but it came with 60 x bonus wagering requirement. Thus had a 1200 euro wagering requirement, quite a lot if you ask me but it was all from a single 1 euro deposit via credit card.

Only managed to get just above 10% of the 1200 euro wagering requirement and the slot RTP was just under 84% during that time.

Zodiac Casino had all the microgaming software only slots software but of a high enough quality compared to other software even though many of the slots were similar.

All the playing action was done with the download client but then the casino like many others moved away from the download client to the web based version variant and that is the way of the casino industry to have us all on our browsers.

Deposit was made easily via a credit card with no deposit fees charged. And there was never a cashout from this casino however I am sure it would have required me to use an ewallet to cashout or bank wire transfer.

Never had to go through KYC since I never had to make a cashout but also never would have needed to anyway since other casino rewards member casinos didn’t require KYC to play at them.

Casino rewards casinos such as Zodiac Colosseum casino have only Microgaming software thus lack the variety of many other casinos but it is what it is.

The wager requirement on the bonus was quite high at 60 times bonus wagering would have been so much better had it been lower but if you were to hit a big jackpot then finishing the wagering would been no issues but my play on the mega moolah slot didn’t go so well except in the early stags.

I have nothing good to say as I deposited and did not receive my bonus so I will not be depositing ever again. Sticking to reliable casinos such as bet 365.

Gaming experience can be interrupted with some back-end server issues.
Games spinning forever or server reporting issues after taking money
On numerous occasions their servers would throw errors and the representatives would admit there are technical issues yet there is no message reported to customers that there experience will be impacted.
Service representatives repeat the same things over
Persistent 'promotions' that only cause your ratio of real money to go down causing actual amounts won to be a lot less than what is shown

I think it's awesome that the first deposit was 1 pound and they match you with a good bonus. The bonuses are good however do they actually help? I doubt it.

There was no clear option to opt out of bonuses which I think was rude. Something is very wrong with this casino. They had change a lot since two years ago.
They make questionable Facebook ad with famous people name. They pretend that Mister X (Last time it was Elon Musk from Tesla the previous time it was Richard Branson and so on) ...So they let you understand that those Big Shoot are involved in their casino, and that they are loosing a lot of money because the Pay Out are too High.(sic) They pretend that those billionaire are ok to loose money been owner of those casino. According to Facebook Add this is a long term investment for them. It s make them feel good that people win money. The figure that this is a long term investment.

If you see ads on facebook as described, please report them as they do not belong to us, but to third party marketing agencies who did not have those approved by our marketing team.

Regarding the gameplay with bonuses - we don't control the way the games play, microgaming does. They are audited by ecogra. If you have any issues with the gameplay, it is with the software, not with the casino.

You have to meet a play through limit, usually around 1400 dollars to start. I put in ten dollars and was up to 600 in winnings but as soon as I met the wagering limit, I lost almost every game. I added another 20 now that I've met the wagering limit and it reset the play through and wagering limits back to 1400.

They say the smart players leave with big wins but when you try to quit while you're ahead, there's something that stops you.

Continuing to play when you have met wagering requirements is *your* choice. The casino games have a margin/RTP. This is no secret. It's how casinos make money. The longer you play, the closer your game play will end up to that amount. That's why there is the saying "quit while you're ahead". Noone forced you to continue playing, so giving the casino 2 stars based on that fact is a little unfair, no?

Just like few other casinos that I've played at in the past this one is also managed by a company called Casino Rewards. I am absolutely not a fan of their strict policies with bonuses, VIP points and betting limits in case you're playing with a bonus. I recommend strongly gambling at a casino like betway where the staff is a lot faster in responding and they don't have as many strict policies that supposedly protects the casino from losing profit.

After already having a former bad experience with managing company "Casino Rewards" with one of their other casinos something happened here that once more was a big set off for me and made my worthwhile leaving this negative review. Again concerning their strict policies that protects the casinos profit if you're registered into one of their other systems your record history gets transferred automatically if you sign up for any of the casinos managed by them, which is in fact good since you don't have to get id verified to get your withdrawals released. But it is very terrible if you have a bad history of play with them, since bonuses get suspended and all the cash you accumulate on the VIP points get locked out automatically by the system itself and neither the operators nor the staff have any control over releasing your VIP accumulated funds with which you can obviously play with.

So aside from this when I signed up they were having a promotion where you get a 100% match upon your 1st-5th deposits up until $250.
