Zodiac Casino - Not responding to my emails

The casino has restricted the account. Since May 23, I can only log in and I can 't play. I sent all the documents. They respond twice a month. Since August 4, they do not respond to emails in the chat, they do not solve anything.

I had a balance of $230, but the balance disappeared somewhere? The score is zero. I don't understand why it can take so long and when they unlock and return $230 to the casino balance.

Zodiac casino has told me repeatedly that I don’t have a valid email and I ain’t using a matching email, although this is the same email I always use, so know they won’t pay me my 260$ withdrawal that they owe me.

As per their term, it's supposed to be in pending for 48 hours. It was supposed to be released yesterday, but the amount is still in my account.

I try to reach support and all they can say is It will be send tomorrow. They can't tell me when exactly and why they didn't send it yesterday.

My complain here is that the 48 hours pending is long enough, now 95+ hours in pending is unacceptable and we all know why they do that "pending" period.

I will have to wait all week-end and more when I should have received it yesterday.

Support won't help me other than saying tomorrow.

I had €0.00bonus cash and €20443.76 in cash balance so I decided to withdraw it, that was ok I sent all the I'd documents they asked for, they even got back to me saying "with a large amount they will pay €4000.00 a week" witch I didn't mind to much. I played the slots with Zodiac Casino and maganaged to win £3,500. I went to withdrew my money on 24th April 2019 and still have not received my money- despite providing all 6 of the documents that Zodiac have slowly requested from me over 14 days.

Zodiac have still been encouraging me to gamble via email and accepting my deposits.

I strongly think that Zodiac do not have the funds to pay me.

Zodiac emailed me on 29 April saying that in order to process my withdrawal I needed to send my:

Utility bill

Driving licence

Front and back of card.

I sent all the requested documents. However Zodiac still did not process my withdrawal; and 7 days later they asked for my bank statement, and bizarrely a picture of my ID next to the computer with my Zodiac signed in.

I duly provided this and have still not received my money.

Zodiac Casino - Payment delayed, risk management team is yet to comeback after a week of waiting

Hi, I went on winning 400usd however when I initiated the withdrawal casino asked to confirm the identity and requested to send the documents via email. Zodiac Casino - £3000 winnings voided and confiscated

basically i have played online casinos for many years on and off . small amounts here and there. in the past when receiving welcome bonuses i might have created duplicate accounts at the same casino. which i did with zodiac. last tuesday i received a call from zodiac telling me i had won the daily internal lottery and my account had been credited with a bonus of £120 to play and win. that evening i went home and started playing the casino with my bonus. after a few hours i had won over £3000 after checking that i had done the play through i decided to withdraw £3000. which i did. next day i get an email to say my winnings are being processed. yesterday (tuesday) i noticed that the withdraw was still pending taking it into three business days so i spoke to the online chat who told me i would have to email risk management. which i did only to be told by annabelle that the winnings were voided and confiscated because i had multiple accounts open. go back to last october i had a similar thing where i won £400. same thing happened. After speaking to annabelle via email and her explaining that i could only have one account she agreed to pay out the £400 as long as i stuck to just the one account. And as i explained to her now that i knew this i would do just that. And I did. everything was fine. I got paid out and if i went back on to zodiac i would use the same account. now I've won money again the same excuse has come up not to pay. this is not justified as we spoke at the time and i have not been using multiple accounts just the one we agreed on, if anything they should have closed down any other accounts at the time as they are not used. also now they have locked my account. i have done nothing wrong. i have stayed within the guidelines i only played last thursday because of the phone call from their promotions team. i should not be vilified for this and the that payment should be made to me. please advise i do have a copy of the email form last october if you want to see it. regards graham

Zodiac casino is one more casino rewards casino which give a lot of free money to new players. Sign up bonus here is 20$ free cash for deposit of 1$ , without any max cashout rules. I am always happy to take such offers, were I not need to risk big money, but will have some balance to play with.

Also of course like in any review of casino reward brand I will warn every player about their terms and conditions, there is few tricks which can help casino to confiscate your money. This is not great of course, but I think every player should just read terms and conditions, because for me this is ok rules, I know them, and they will not confiscate my money. Most time people complaining against this casino because they did not read terms, and then get in trouble, it is only their trouble.

I played at this casino two times, with this nice sign up bonus, which I lost on hellboy game, and I made second deposit after month passed, which was 50$ and I get 100% bonus for this deposit. Everything goes really good, and after mad hatters paid me 400 x total bet after feature I was able to request withdrawal of 210$ which was paid in 3 days, like always with this group. Also I left 40$ to play some table games, open video poker, but since I played in my life video poker only few times, I am really does not know what to do, and how win on it, so after about 30 minutes I had zero on my account.

Zodiac casino definitely deserves a go, because they just giving 20$ free cash for deposit of only one dollar, also this is safe and good casino, but with some bad terms, which I does not like, but which I know ,and with which I ok.

Zodiac Casino (Powered by Microgaming) is the type of casino that I've heard nothing bad about, and in terms a casino that is definitely worth checking out.

I can say, everything I've heard about Zodiac Casino felt like accurate prognostics.

I did not have any trouble registering to the site, nor did I have any problems depositing initial cash so I can test the casino out a bit. If you're into Astronomy, Zodiac Casino might just be the best casino out there for you.

I'd like to make a positive comment about their payment methods, as they offer a really huge amount of eligible payment and deposit methods which is very hard to come by these days, especially when you have over 600 different online casinos, that offer all sorts of bonuses and payment methods.

As usual, (something to do with my luck I guess) I did not make any withdraws from this site, but from my experience the site seems 100% trustworthy.

I was worried about the number of complaints the site had ; but was happy to see that they were all resolved successfully and without major wait period, which is always nice

Since it's microgaming, you should probably know they offer a wide variety of games, out of which I played a couple but did not manage to draw in huge sums of money. In addition, I have a small issue regarding the huge amount of banned countries! Zodiac casino has a theme of astrology and as I believe in astrology I had to join this casino room. This casino room is also powered by the world famous micro gaming software. And micro gaming software means slot games are amazing and with a very wide variety of games. And it is part of the largest online casino group which is the casino rewards group. And I have played with almost all the casinos registered under the casino rewards group.

This is a very old casino room as it was established in 2001 and the fact that they are still sustaining tells that they are very good in satisfying our purpose of joining this casino room. Previously they used to offer free spins on some slot games for a new user but now they do not offer that. I love free spins because free spins are the best thing about slot games. Although I don't like this group of casinos and I did sign up here long time ago when they were giving some free sins of you join them, but dont remember on what game were the free spins because as I said it was long time ago.

Before several weeks ago in my email came their offer and i saw it even here at Askgamblers if you deposit for the first time at theirs casino only 1 euro or $ then you are eligible to receive 20 plus! I registered in Zodiac casino basically for 2 reasons: because it belongs to the Casino Rewards Group that has my entire confidence and because I wanted to take their tempting sign up bonus promotion where you deposit $ 1 and they credit your account with $ 20 (great!).
I downloaded the software, filled out the register form and deposited $1 using my Moneybookers wallet, everything was cool and fast and the same when contacted at chat support to claim my bonus. Here the assistant asked me for my ID card to verify my age. I sent it and finally the process was done and I was ready to design my strategy to make my account grow up!.
