YakoCasino - Holding withdrawal for information against Gaming Commissions own rules

Yako Casino which is 1 of 11 sites under L and L Europe is wrongly holding my withdrawal for information on my wealth.

After depositing £2000 over multiple deposits (of which I never received an email asking for information) I managed to win back my £2000 in fair games which can be seen in the history of games and transactions.

However, the second I went to withdraw the money, the email asking for a Wealth check was sent over. If I'm honest, I think this is a horrendous way of holding people to ransom on passing over extremely sensitive information on my bank statements, wage slips, and now more!

I have sent over 3 recent wage slips and 3 recent bank statements of which they then requested even more information.

They have now asked for my savings account details dating back to 01/01/2021 and they also ask for bank statements in PDF form up to today's date, which isn't possible as the bank does arrear statements and not on the day statements in PDF forms (I called and checked)

So after sending more than enough details showing I have the wealth to play, not committing fraud as I've proved my wealth comes from my wages, they are holding Mt withdrawal to ransom for private information to sell to the NSA (National Statistics Agency).

I contact the Gaming Commission who has confirmed that they can't hold withdrawals for this information (please see their website) and also that the information with the dates is more than sufficient.

This is the most controlling and intrusive action I've ever seen with casinos. They refuse to release my funds and highlighted on a live chat that they can keep the money if I don't show them Information which is also against t the Gaming Commission rules.

I have had 5 sleepless nights, worry, and anxiety believing that I would lose £2000 by these nasty and cruel actions... luckily I contact and spoke to a representative at the Gaming Commission that advised that they are not allowed to do and say the things they have.

I have followed up with them and been shit down, so advice on the next steps to be this and then follow the link on their website as well.

It's all up to you. How you manage your affairs regarding online casinos depends on you. This casino allows you to win big or to lose big. They will always pay you when you win, and they are gracious with bonuses for loyal customers. I've won thousands here. I've never had a problem. The staff on chat are very helpful and friendly and they do their best to resolve your issues.

They are not always there so you have to be patient and wait sometimes. The withdrawal process takes longer on weekends and holidays, however the banks are not open anyhow.

I have been trying out few casinos around the net. This casino is simple, nice interface, offers most of the games that can be found elsewhere and very easy to navigate.

I had no problems with the transactions, withdrawals are simple and fast. So far this casino is one of my favorites, Tuesday offers are ok but could be better. I like this casino! If you like it simple and fast i really recommend you this one.

Well no casino is perfect, I found the support a bit unpleasant, specially one "guy" the rest are ok. The games are a bit all over the place, it should be arranged by game type, lines etc.

Nice design/interface. The games are good but can be found elsewhere.

Total ripoff. I believe the people that run this casino are very good (stupid in the long run) businessmen/conmen.
They had a supposed glitch with my withdrawal of a little over 4'000.00 Euros and the withdrawal could not be processed.They couldn't fix the problem.

I was stupid myself cause the next day, I ended spending/losing the moneys myself. But after my withdrawal they said the payments team made a mistake and put it back on the available cash to play because there was a technical issue.
They couldn't change it manually or don't have talented technicians to make changes supposedly.

I would not recommend this casino to anyone. Good luck if you go to them.

There is really nothing good about this casino! Very bad treatment of the customers. Don't waste your money. There are good Casinos with great service but sure this one is not.

- The Cumster Chat is very very ungentle and not even 24/7
- Deposit took 8 hours to be booked. And then only after a discussion with the customer service.
- As said the redirecting page from the deposits doesn't work properly

Yako casino is a casino I found out about a month ago. I saw they offered free spins for new members, I signed up but unfortunately I didn't get them so I just forgot about the place, they are new so there were not much information about them. To be honest, I was a little surprised to see them added on AskGamblers in such a short time, so that made me thought they were worth giving another shot.

I saw they offer really great promotions with generous match bonuses and free spins, but unfortunately even on AskGamblers I saw I wasn't eligible for them. I contacted live support and I was told that it was true and the free spins promotion along with other promotions were for limited countries and mine wasn't one of them. Support was really great, I received an immediate response, chat agent made a few jokes and I felt very welcomed at the place.

Since they have Netent software I decided to try them and make a deposit. I deposited 30€ with Skrill and decided to play Starburst. I played with 0.50€ bets, hit a few 10 x bet winnings, but my balance overall was going down fast. When it reached 14€ I went to play Dazzle Me slot. With minimum stakes soon I received free spins round, which was quite surprising. I even had a big win but I think it was relatively small, as I won only 30 x bet from the spins. That was my highest point, slowly my balance decreased and although random wild reels feature came up a few times, I couldn't get more than 20 x bet win. When my balance was down to 5€, I went to Bloodsuckers. I played around 50 spins when I reached 0 balance. I even triggered bonus round but I opened 2 coffins and won only 15 cents.

Overall I think Yako casino is a great, new place and I wouldn't doubt their trustworthy. Support is really superb, game selection is very wide and lobby looked great. Also they offer really irresistable promotions and I am sad I cannot claim them. Absolutely recommend and will play there more.

Yako Casino is one of the newest casinos on the online gambling market and seeing what great promotion they are running I was more then thrilled and they kept my attention right away. They are established 2015 so really fresh ones having Malta licence which I really trust with EveryMatrix as an owner, I think they are more then trusted so we can play, well actually it wouldn't be so bad if they add at least the UK Gambling licence, so that way they would be very highly rated as an online casino, but who knows maybe that will happen to.

So about their bonuses, must admit as for Netent casino offering 200% ts really nice bonus or not, well actually there is a catch of course,always read the T & C maximum the player will get is up to 50, so maybe for small deposits this is nice bonus, as for the others another 100% match, but what I didn't like is their wagering requirements, the bonus has to be wagered, but not only the bonus but the deposit it self so here we are talking for some huge wagering.

Did I mentioned that I hate those country restrictions of the welcome bonuses, I guess I did, well as I know their welcome bonuses are only for selected countries, which are only seven or eight of them, well of course I am welcomed to play but without any bonus attached. I really never understood why casinos have offers as this ones? It's still mystery to me, how come I am good to play with my own money and when it comes to bonuses I am disliked!

Regarding bonuses and excluding markets it is due to that as we are a new casino we want to grow in the suit as an operator and dont want to have bonus costs above our heads, as they most likely will be very high the first couple of months. Wasted my money. Deposit and bonus was 75 us. I was playing Nextgen games, minimum bet 0.50 because Netent games are not available, so how will I claim my free spins?

I don't know why? Maybe it was done purposely. I regret depositing at this casino.
