Hello, I made a deposit of €100 with LTC on January 2nd, 2024. This money never arrived in my player account. Since then, Woopwin has been telling me off every day that I will get my money back.

It's been almost 1 month and I've already sent emails several times. No response since the last email.

You have received an LTC address several times, but my money is not there yet. This is not good behavior

I deposited 50 euro on the 30th of september via Volt Transfer. First the status was pending then it got cancelled. The Money has been already transferred! The support answered one time they look into it and since then never heard of it again. Also they don't respond in the Supportchat. I want my money refunded.

Withdraw is taking 12 days now. KYC has verified ages ago. Chat slow with no point in answering, Email slow answer with no logic and now it is 15.9 when I started my withdrawal at 4.9. today was the last day I asked about my withdrawal, Livechat said that he will contact the right department, and they answered they will do it now. But the withdrawal is still pending.

Woopwin is withholding my withdrawal of 50€ without any cause or reason. I am verified with them since months ago and I played with 20 freespins which I received last sunday. Then I made it to the maximum cashout of 50€.

I submitted the withdrawal on last sunday the 4th and today its the 8th. As per their terms and conditions, the withdrawals are processed within no more than 48h business hours for verified users.

Today we are over 96h from submitting the withdrawal and I was quite often at their live chat since 2 days ago.

The same thing over and over as you can see in the screenshots. They just say sorry of the inconvenience or just say it will be processed soon or they also even say you will receive it very soon / today.

They are providing misleading informations and trying the maximum to delay this withdrawal, which I don't understand what's the exact problem???

Heavy load? Ok but too heavy to delay my withdrawal of last sunday until this time and it's not yet processed.

Hello, I have hit a win on Woopwin casino of 991, I went through the verification process and completed it. When trying to withdraw my winnings I received an email that I have violated the terms and conditions and they have declined my withdraw request. I have attached the screenshot but they refer to something called high volatile game and low volatile game. I/m unsure what that means exactly but I think they are just trying to steal my money that I won.

If you could help with this then that would be very helpful.

Woopwin have confiscated $5777.40 from me for no reason at all, citing nonsense and non-applicable terms, and are now refusing to communicate with me. I’ll start at the beginning..

I signed up on July 19th and deposited $400. I completed the wagering requirements of their bonus and withdrew $5777.40. On July 29th, I get an email to say they’re confiscating all winnings for this:

“Please be informed that after an investigation on account, your withdrawal request has been declined and your winnings voided due to a breach on our Terms and Conditions by taking advantage of our promotions.

We have noticed that you have been playing a high volatile game and then moved to a low volatile game after collecting winnings and this is a pattern that we noticed in you and others players with similar characteristics. Please note our terms an conditions regarding this matter:“

I wrote back to them with this:

“I am sickened by this decision that you have taken to remove the winnings on my account for such nonsensical reasoning. I will open a full complaint into this matter, and would like you to answer the following questions:

1. Where exactly does it say on your website anything to do with high volatility games?

2. What is a 'high volatility' game?

3. Are you regulated in any way? Can you just decide to take a players winnings if you feel like it?

4. How is a player expected to know what is a high volatility game?

5. Would you concede that playing a slot on your website isn't exactly a 'pattern', and the game I played was one off your homepage and so would be popular? I am struggling to put into words how ludicrous this is to be honest. How am I meant to know what other users are playing? This whole thing is crazy. How can you decide to do this?

6. Please provide me with a full transaction list of all of my bets on your site”

And they replied:

2. How is a player meant to know what is a high volatility game if you don't list such information on your website?

3. Your definition of pattern is just that - your very own. Your sentence here makes absolutely no sense.

4. You're relying on discretion to attempt to justify that I 'abused' your bonus. I did no such thing.

1. What do you deem improper? It seems that winning is 'improper'.

2. Promotional abuse? Is that winning aswell

In conclusion, the casino hasn’t listed any sort of ‘volatility’ measures alongside their games, and in fact doesn’t even have this ‘volatility’ term on their site. How on earth is anyone expected to know what is a high volatility game. They are plainly using this ridiculous level of discretion to confiscate winnings when someone wins big, like I have done.

If I had lost my money, there would be absolutely no complaints from them.

Hi. I have had trouble with Woopwin not allowing me to transfer funds into my bank account.

I have had an outstanding balance of 2144 Euros for several weeks and have tried to contact the live chat. They have said to make a deposit using Paysafecard which is the only available withdrawal option. I made a deposit using the said method but still cannot withdraw.

They say they are aware of the issue but have also said this a couple of weeks ago and are going to email me to stay in contact. No email yet.

In addition, one time during the live chat they asked for a screenshot then while getting the screenshot they closed it.

As per their Terms and Conditions, it takes up to 2 business days, but still says in the Chat 72h ???

I submitted a withdrawal on the 4th of this month and they requested documents on the 5th of this month, which I provided the very same day and you can check the screenshots.

Now in the chat i ve been told earlier today that the departement should be working today Saturday the 7th after a couple of hours I ask again and they say that I just submitted my proof of Adresse today, which they confused with the proof of adresse I uploaded at their sister site Vegadream, please check the screenshots I uploaded confirmation that all my documents are pending verification ID and Adresse and Payment methode, payment methode was cobfirmed today! And they still say the department is not working today and that is not confirmed.

After all of this, they insist that I sent the proof of address just today, which I find total chaos from this Brand GAMMIX because they confuse the accounts of customers of 2 casinos of the same brand.

I uploaded all the necessary documents and they are doing these games to delay my payment to the longest possible so that I cancel it and play to lose my funds.
