Live support is available differently for every country. So what that means is that let say you need English Live Support they are available from Monday to Sunday from 10AM to 6PM CET but Polish Live Support is available from Monday to Thursday from 2PM to 8PM, on Friday from 2PM to 10PM and on Saturday from 12PM to 8PM and on Sunday they are not even working!! Sending them an email will take its time so to get a respond you will have to wait at least 24 hours. Well this is ridiculous!!

And also identity of the player will be verified every time on cumulative withdrawal of 2 300 EUR.

Bonuses are, well they don’t have some great Bonuses, there are Daily promotions with free spins, Welcome and Reload Bonus but I do not think that this is enough and the terms are, well they are not the best. For example, Welcome Bonus has wagering requirement of forty times (x40) and that is a little bit high, also Free Spins are coming with wagering requirement and every Daily promotion is requesting different minimum deposit for you to be eligible for each one of them. But the good thing is that you can claim Welcome and Reload Bonus with only 10EUR deposit.

At least they seem to have a lot of games. But else there is not much good to say.

Signed up using the AskgGamblers bonus code. Received the bonus, but every time I try to play a slot, I get a message that I don't have sufficient funds (my balance shows that I have funds) or that game is unavailable.

Really not impress with "wonderland".

Wonderland is a casino that was added to AskGamblers earlier this month and that's when I joined them. First of all I really liked their name, so unusual and exciting, and I think they've done a great job in terms of lobby design, I like that they think it's important, because lobby is like the face of casino.

They are powered by Netent, Betsoft, Microgaming and two other softwares, which is a little unusual combination but interesting. They offer 100% match with 10 free spins for first deposit, but AskGamblers has an exclusive of 125% match with the same amount of spins, but this time they would be for Fruit Shop. The wagering was the same, in my opinion, quite high- 40x deposit+ bonus, but since AskGamblers had an exclusive bonus where I would get for 25% more, I decided to go with it.

I registered quickly and then went to banking. I somehow couldn't find Skrill option for instant play, but then I logged into casino through phone and found Skrill in deposit methods and made a 10€ deposit and entered the special code. Match was added to my account right away. Then I went back to laptop and spoke with support to receive the free spins as well. I asked if they could be played on mobile and I was given a positive answer, also I was told that I'd get the spins after 2 hours.

I received a confirmation email that I have 10 free spins added around 2 hours later as told, however, there was also an apology saying that the agent had informed me wrongly and that they can only be played on desktop. I didn't want to play on desktop because my country's government had blocked access to this site and I had to use proxy. I had many technical issues until I actually got to play those spins. Here the pending time is to 12 hours and the payment on some of the e - wallet service to 24 hours. It is really fast, although of course I would like instant cash-outs process. Maybe ever in the future it will appear an online casino with instant cash-outs, until then, this is also really fast.

Besides to the speed of the cash-outs process, one of the most important things to me in choosing a casino is a good support and only a live support. Wonderland has a live chat support but unfortunately it is not available at any time i.e. it was not available when I tried to contact them. Because of that Wonderland will get something smaller rating from me at the end of this review.

The bonus offer is not so bad but for my taste the wagering requirements of 40 x deposit + bonus are a bit too big. Their standard welcome bonus is a bonus of 100% + 10 free spins. Beside this there is also the exclusive AskGamblers bonus of 125% up to 313 EUR + 10 free spins. The good thing is that just with deposit of only 10 EUR you can take this bonus.

What separates the Wonderland Casino from most other online casinos is the really large choice of currencies which you can choose when you are registering. They have nearly 30 currencies in the offer, which is really impressive number. Also impressive is the selection of the games, because they have more than 700 games and 5 software providers in the offer.

I would also praise the appearance of their website. Their website looks nice and modern with easy navigation without too much unnecessary tabs. All in all it seems to me that the Wonderland is a casino that deserves a chance and of course a positive rating. For Wonderland Casino I give 7 out of 10 possible stars.
