I would stay away from this casino, it`s a real nightmare.

Very simple and understandable casino. I liked the layout, pictures and letters on the site are big and easy to read. Game selection in quite good but all the games won't work. I'm not from restricted country so I should be able to play all the games provided. If you like slots, there is and if you like live casino, there is it also. Very good looking casino, I'm waiting now my first withdrawal and KYC verification, let see how long does it take.

I am used that every casino does have a chat, this one doesn't. Email, phone and skype are meanings of contact on their site. I used email and was surprised that it took under 10min to answer. There is a good info about what are the KYC docs they do need, if you know what you are doing, but if you are a novise in this KYC jungle, it might be little bit tricky to send them. First of all, they have a wrong email address in their T&C where you should send your documents and there is even stated, that online upload is possible, well, it isn't. I have send now my documents but I didn't get any feedback that they are received and under investigation. I also notices same thing as reviewer before me, when you make a withdrawal request, your cash balance won't reduce, it keeps same. I didn't try what would happen if I make a request and then go under that requested sum. But yeah negatives are:
- no chat
- KYC procedure needs some improvement
- requested withdrawal wont reduce your balance
- And yeah, they have that very strange point system, nowhere is told what it is but it goes up and gives you some kickass titles as "novise", "gambler" etc. Really do not know what I do with those points. Hope they are mined bitcoins :D

I like the Netent games a lot.
The lay-out is nice and the menu is also clear and easy to see in your details of your profile.

I miss a live chat option. And if you make a withdrawal the amount stays in your account, that's weird. Also the answer about my withdrawal I am still waiting for, they don't respond to my sent question about pending time.

When I started playing here, they had Netent games. Interface of the website is nice, easy navigation. The bonus system is rather complicated, you get your bonus in tranches of 10% original value, but the wagering is acceptable.

So a couple of days ago Netent games disappeared from the site. Not sure if something temp or perm, but still, not good. No live chat, email support is slow or doesn't respond at all (that's horrible).

There is a point system, but nowhere is it explained what the points are for, how you can use them, etc.

Some small stuff, like if you register, deposit and win big, you cannot cash out. You have to wait at least 24hours after registration. Then after withdrawal, your money remains in your balance. To me these are measures to try to keep ppl playing instead of paying legitimate winning.

My money is still pending as we speak. I have emailed some time ago if any KYC docs where needed or when i can expect payment, so far, nothing.

In my opinion not a great addition to the online casino world. I would recommend not to play here.

Shortly after reviewing this Casino on Askgamblers, I got an email confirming my withdrawal, the money is already in my credit card account. all in all payed within 48 hours, so that's a big plus. In my previous review i stated that I hadn't received any email/contact with regards to my first withdrawal from Wildwild casino. In all fairness I wanted to let you guys know that they payed within a very reasonable time frame.
