Please help me with this casino. As you see on my uploaded picture I first made a deposit on the 16/2 -2018. Managed to win a total of 1000euro. I tried to contact the support to ask them how to processed with the withdraw. There was not luck in contacting them, there chat is always offline, no answers on the email and the phone number is not available and the same with Skype.
Im a big players and i know how it works, I couldn't make a withdraw back to my Credit card so i made a small deposit with skrill and played some more and then made a withdraw to my skrill account that worked fine.
After this I have not heard anything. Except on the 18/2 were i got a hold of the chat for like 5 minutes were i asked how my withdraw is doing. I got the reply that my winnings have been sent to the "Fraud Department" I got shocked and asked why? They say that i have won a lot of money for just a deposit of 50 euro. First time I ever witnessed this for real... After i got this answer the chat went offline and have been offline ever since. No answer on email, no chat, no skype no phone...
And for the record, i played without Bonus. I only played slotgames. Started out with around 0.8euro bet then it was pending between 1-4euro every spin. Have only played "NORMAL SLOTS"...
Can you please help me to contact this casino so my withdraw can be approved.
And also all my documents have been sent to them.
