Delayed payment and no communication

Hi Askgamblers! Please help me with this casino. As you see on my uploaded picture I first made a deposit on the 16/2 -2018. Managed to win a total of 1000euro. I tried to contact the support to ask them how to processed with the withdraw. There was not luck in contacting them, there chat is always offline, no answers on the email and the phone number is not available and the same with Skype. Im a big players and i know how it works, I couldn't make a withdraw back to my Credit card so i made a small deposit with skrill and played some more and then made a withdraw to my skrill account that worked fine. After this I have not heard anything. Except on the 18/2 were i got a hold of the chat for like 5 minutes were i asked how my withdraw is doing. I got the reply that my winnings have been sent to the "Fraud Department" I got shocked and asked why? They say that i have won a lot of money for just a deposit of 50 euro. First time I ever witnessed this for real... After i got this answer the chat went offline and have been offline ever since. No answer on email, no chat, no skype no phone... And for the record, i played without Bonus. I only played slotgames. Started out with around 0.8euro bet then it was pending between 1-4euro every spin. Have only played "NORMAL SLOTS"... Can you please help me to contact this casino so my withdraw can be approved. And also all my documents have been sent to them.

I deposited the 12/2/2018. Played, and won. The 13/2/2018 i made a withdrawl request of 4813€. The 15/2/2018 i recieved any email that stated : ear Nicklas, We have seen your request. Currently our financial department analyzing the winnings. Meanwhile, please provide the following: Any of the below: Passport (recommended) Driving license National ID Card Birth Certificate (verification takes up to 24 hours) To verify your identity (KYC) we may need additional documents which could also include: Signed Credit Agreement Utility Bill (less than 6 months old) Bank Statement (less than 6 months old) Make sure your documents are in acceptable condition. -- Sincerely, Wild Wild Bet Team. I provided them with my ID ( both sides) and a proof of adress. And since then i haven´t heard anything. I have replied to their email, and also send to other emails via their webpage. Dear Askgamblers, On the 14th of January 2018 I made a withdrawel of €2250 at wildwildbet. This was my third withdrawel at this casino. I had no problems with the withdrawels before. A few days later on the 16th I received an e-mail from wildwildbet stating the following: Dear, Our game providers decided to check activity of this account, since there were constant winnings. Please provide ID and utility bill I was really shocked to read that they wanted to investigate my account, because I have done nothing against the rules. Yes, I had a lucky winning streak, but in the days that I played I also lost. So it is nonsense that I only win. They just don’t want to pay me. I had a lucky winning streak and apparently that raises questions. But if I lose a lot it should be al fine. When I started playing at wildwildbet I lost €2450. I never received an e-mail from them that they wanted to start an investigation because of the fact that I lost that much money. I had no problems with sending them a them a copy of my ID and utility bill. So the same day I sended them the requested documents. However they ignore all my e-mails I have send them like 8 e-mails. The communication with the casino is very lacking because they don`t respond to any of my e-mails. Beside that the telephone number and skype doesn`t exist. I hope they respond through this way. Dear Madam, Sir, Herewith my complaint about this casino (again, i already made one, but with less information). Last week , Sunday 7th i deposit 92 Euro wih my creditcard to my new created account. I opt in for the welcome bonus, so i got 100% match up. After some winnings my balance was 248. Due to the fact that the match up bonus is given in parts of 10% each, i want to check how this exactly works in the bonus section i my account. At that point i had waggered 73 euro and winnings , so my balance was at that point 248 euro. Unfortunately i clicked to cancel the bonus, my mistake, i should have clicked "no". But after this cancelation, my balance was reduced to 22 euro . In my opinion this is not possible, because it should be 92 then. (That i lost my winnings from playing with bonus is clear..no issue) But now i only played 73 (i also had some euro winnings from a couple of free spins ) and only have 22 left.. so i donated the money to this casino now and that is absolutely not what i want. What i want is to have my 92 euro back at my creditcard, or that they reactivate the bonus at the point where i was. I already sent a lot of emails , but the only 2 short reactioin were from 1 week ago, that they investigate the issue and let me know the result. This is the last remark i got from their side.. no solution till today. I think i already sent 15 reminders..no respond. What also is ery frustrating, there is no live chat or something, the phonenumber doesn't work nor skype. In their first reaction they explained that canceling the bonus is not possible, well, unfortunately it is technically.. After this i explained that i cancelled it , and that i want that they reactivate it; THen they declare to investigate it. Attached you can find all details and a part of the chat conversation.
