Payment of winnings delayed

I won €250 on wicked jackpots and have yet to receive my money. I was contacted friday 12th jan to say my visa card would not accept the winnings therfore wicked jackpots banned my card and i can no longer deposit or withdraw with my visa card. They asked for my bank details which i supplied yet i have had no response and no payment from them, i even called there offices yesterday and no one could help. I have received winnings before to the same bank card so im not sure what they are doing!!

Ignoring me for 5 days, not responding to any communication

I made 3 withdrawals on Sunday and Monday morning totaling £1500. Monday morning I received an email asking for 3 forms of I.D. I emailed these back a couple of hours later and never heard anything. Rang the next day and was told to wait 24-72 hours. 72 hours came and went and on Wednesday was told to wait an extra day. Thursday I still had no response so I rang again. This time someone said they would email the security department for me and someone would get straight back to me. Obviously no-one has got back to me. I am on day 5 from sending my ID back and I haven't even been told it was received let alone verified. I have sent numerous emails and this morning have tried to speak to someone on the phone, I have called 13 times and have not been able to speak to anyone, it is just on hold or engaged. The one time someone did pick up they cancelled the call. This company is relatively new and seems to heavily advertise that they have 24/7 call centers etc and good customer service. I have never been treated like this anywhere, they are literally ignoring me. All the while my £1500 sits unprocessed. Terrible company.

Will not pay my winnings

I deposit on this casino and played with the bonus i get. When i was done with the wagering i withdraw 400 euro. Next day i get a mail that my withdraw was declined and i will not get my 400 euro The reason is that i have closed my account on 888 casino. 888 group i know earlier is not a serious group and have been blacklisted before therefore i wanted this account permanently closed. But why dont i get this money? And why is it possilbe to register a new account and play when they will nt pay winnings.? Hw can it be the players responsibility to know wich the casino wner is? If i had lost the mney, they never had cntact me and payed my deposit back. Yes i know!!! I submitted a withdraw request by bank transfer on June 21. After the pending period and processing my.account showed that the withdrawal had been processed on JUNE 26. I was told by support that I would receive the funds by June 30th. After not receiving my funds, I contacted support and they said my withdrawal was processed on June 30th! I received another email the next day saying that their bank wire system is down and they can only send my funds by Neteller or Cheque. I live in Canada, so NETELLER is not an option. I have been waiting 12 days since my initial request, only to be told I have to wait another 10 days for the cheque. They have not responded to my last email asking for the cheque to be sent by priority mail and include a tracking number. This is not a good way to treat customers. Please have manager contact me as I requested in my last email

Fast cash outs. Good choice of games. Good winnings for a new player but that quickly goes away then it's time to cut your losses and close account.

They took away some of the best Netent slots such as fairytale. They tell you that you have a dedicated VIP manager but it's only when it suits them. Recently the casino has not been playing well at all.

Woah, customer service agents are like bullets! I had such a hard time trying to figure out the wagering at Wicked Jackpots. And after an hour of doing my head in, I realised I could contact them. And my problem was sorted not even in 10 minutes.
