Payment of winnings delayed


I won €250 on wicked jackpots and have yet to receive my money. I was contacted friday 12th jan to say my visa card would not accept the winnings therfore wicked jackpots banned my card and i can no longer deposit or withdraw with my visa card. They asked for my bank details which i supplied yet i have had no response and no payment from them, i even called there offices yesterday and no one could help. I have received winnings before to the same bank card so im not sure what they are doing!!

We have checked the information on your account and see that the issue has been resolved on 18th January and the withdrawal has been paid to your card.

As per the timeframe the funds should be in your account by the 25/01/2018.
