First of all I would like to say that my experience at waynecasino was very good. Nice casino, good games and swift withdrawals. However I did run into a software error. I've played 1.000's of spins at WayneCasino as is stated in my gaming history. All of those spins were made between 0,20€ and 1,00€ each never higher. When my balance was at €260 something I started playing Starmania slot at 0,50€ a spin on autoplay. When the autoplay stopped i chose to push a few more spins manually at 0,50€ because I was still up. After a few spins I literally saw my balance change from €260, to €148 at once. The spin was valued at 20,00€ and apparentelly i spin for 6 times and won 8,00€ on the final spin. Or 112€ lost. I never ever adjusted the bet nor did I ever even went to settings. I immediatly contacted support and asked them to check in to the problem. They acknowlidged the problem and could check my history. They said they would ask the gamesprovider (NYX) to see what happened and maybe I accidentelly hit the Maxbet button (hiwever I never adjusted the bet and the game history can support that, due to the times in beteeen spins is only 4/5 seconds) After contacting support the stated that I would get an answer soon and probably the same day,they were waiting for NYX to look into the game. After a day I didn't get any answer and contacted support again. Still no answer. The same after 3 days and a week. After a week I asked them to preasure the provider and if the provider couldn't respond in a desent timeframe the casino should take action on it's own (i'm a customer of the casino not of the gameprovider). Still I only heared that they were waiting for an answer from the gameprovider and would like to know what happened before they could offer a solution a give me my money back. Now two weeks later I still got the same response; we are waiting for NYX to respond. I don't think this is any way of customer care and i'm very dissapointed in WayneCasino. The only hide behind the software developer, but what if they don't ever answer. A good Casino should act on it's own if this is taking to long. Specialy since my game history clearly shows I would never ever bet that high. However WayneCasino doesn't answer me in any way and only hides behind the software developer. This is ridiculous since i'm not a customer of NYX but a customer of WayneCasino. NYX didn't steel my 112€ but WayneCasino took it of my balance. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible since it's been two weeks already and I still haven't got any answer. But i'm still "robbed" of 112€ I was a frequent player and depositor at WayneCasino and was probably going to play there for a long time, however after this incident I totally lost any faith of good customer care / support by WayneCasino in every way.

Picked this casino from your trusted casino list. Good amout of games, it has what you expect. Fun theme with the western stuff which imo could be taken even further! A bit laggy site sometimes and the mobile version could need a tidy up but that's alright.

Julia at the support! The support might not be online 24/7 or leave instant replies but their support, and especially Julia is worth the wait! When I had a slow verification process she made sure I was not left out in the dark, and looked after me in the wait emailing me with heads up. Always a smile on her face (at least it seems like it;D) and even congratulated me when I withdrew first time!

There are a lot of similar sites and Wayne imo is pretty similar to a lot of other casinos, but this Julia and the fine support makes me wanna keep playing there.

I don't play with bonuses so cant comment on it but i know there is a lot of them.

To sum it up, good casino, world class support, fun theme and a lot of good slots! Would recommend!

John Wayne, a man, a hero and a legend. Young or old, we all know who John Wayne is. I'm a western fan, I grew up with those movies, from Bud Spencer to Clint Eastwood but Eli Wallach is also unforgetable. Western is my favorite movie genre but is it also my favorite online casino theme? Well, get ready for some cursing and name calling...Naah, just kidding.

EveryMatrix N.V. casino are good in my opinion, I never had any problems with my account and I still don't (fingers crossed). Wayne casino is a part of the group and it goes without saying that this casino is also as legit as it's sisters. They have changed the layout, it's a small improvement. First it looked kinda cheap and easy but they've changed it now. It looks good but too crowded for me. I don't like crowded places. Wayne casino website background is colorful and dark in the same time. I think the website would me more appealing if they only use 1 kind of colour, bright or dark.

License is very important a casino to have because it's a proof they're legit. If a casino is MGA licensed, it's good enough for me and Wayne casino has it. They have my favorite NetEnt games, Jack and the Beanstalk and Gonzo's Quest but I didn't expect less from EveryMatrix casinos. It took me weeks before making my first deposit there but when I finally did, I was given a 100% first deposit bonus and a couple dozen of free spins.

Clearing the wagering is one hard thing to do if luck is not on your side. Apparently, Lady Luck didn't like me when I played at Wayne casino because I lost my deposit and the bonus along with it very quickly. Luckily, it was just a small deposit, so I didn't cry about it. It was my first deposit but it was also my last deposit at Wayne casino, not because of my bad luck but the casino is not interesting enough to me despite the theme.

Because I only made 1 deposit and didn't had any luck with it, I can't tell anything regarding their withdrawal processing time but I'm guessing it's as good as it's sisters. So, do I recommend this casino? I don't know, I would say, have a look for yourself and only then you can decide for yourself whether you like it or not but if you ask me, it's a decent one.

The layout is a bit too crowded, I couldn't look at it for a long time.

Wayne Casino is a very good casino for play slots. Except MG, they have all popular slots. Good welcome bonus, monthly and other special day bonuses offered by them. I have deposited several times and withdrew twice where they process all withdrawals after 24 hours. I trust them 100%.

No live support available here and only email support. They should bring MG provider into their casino. Web site takes longer to load than usual time.

Super site, a large selection of games... I got 20 free spins starburst, do not work!! Now I await the selection of money, perhaps the answer comes!

Chat is almost never online. I sent the documents and then again....waiting and waiting..

Support Iulia is ok. She was helping me and looked like she knows what to tell.

1. Deposit via Skrill wasn't accepted automatically. It took about 2 hours.
2. When money came to account, all slots were locked. You can any slot and get an error message.
3. Withdrawal method doesn't accept Skrill, because my deposit didn't come through automatically (!!)

After the first deposit, we went for their first deposit bonus (100% + 50 free spins). We had to wait 24 hours for credit to arrive to the account, we didn't receive ANY of the bonus described above, plus their live chat was dead, no one answered our inquires. I really can't understand why it received 9.1 reviews???

The service was beyond POOR, can't understand how anyone can recommend casinos such as this, while there are soo many better ones available. Furthermore, it only allows bank transfer (*no other option possible).
