For example; deposited and played through 2500€ in a few days, asked for any goodwill and got offered 10€ with a 40x wager req. That is how much loyalty is worth at this site.

Would not recommend anyone to deposit at this site, considered the other alternatives out there when it comes to rewarding their customers.

Has anyone had a drama with withdrawals taking to long? In my experience with the casino has been good up until today.

I spoke to a support member who informed me that my withdrawal was being processed by the accounts department and would be available soon. This was at around lunchtime. 6 hours after I requested withdrawal. I did not receive it so I attempted to contact them via live chat once again. They were offline. This continued for hours.

So I emailed support several times and did not receive a reply to any of my emails. Until finally around 7.30pm I received a reply. They informed me that due to it being the weekend it could take over 24hrs. I replied and informed them of my earlier chat with support and 2 hours on I still have not received a reply.

I think the lack of communication on their behalf is what is the most frustrating thing. Has anyone else had a similar drama? If so how long until it was resolved?
