hello everyone, if you play vera&john, I want to warn you about fraudulent behavior, when they don't pay out money and don't communicate with you at all without you breaking their rules. I'll give you an example... I requested a withdrawal on 11/06/2024. It happened twice they returned to the game unpaid and when I wrote to them by email I did not receive any reply. They have a blocked chat, and you can't even send an email from the help page... Wrote I have contacted them every day until today and I have not received any answer. I don't think about the money anymore, I don't want it. But I want to warn everyone not to play VJ, you will be robbed. This is no longer a casino where they pay out winnings quickly. If you can, spread this message so that no one else comes across it

I really can't say anything positive. I have only registered because of an advert on TV. The online 24/7 chat is even available but I've unfortunately never experienced they could help.

Where to start from...
1. Loyalty program is so bad. You literally need to deposit thousands to get some decent free spins from their shop. I made more than 20-30 deposits, total value about 1,000 Euros and I got a couple of 10 FreeSpins with 0.10 cents bet, most of which are on useless slots and resulted with 0.00 winnings.
2. Slots often get "internal error" message and player needs to close the game and restart it, which is annoying.
3. Customer support is awful. One told me he doesn't see my chat history and that I have none, although I have been contacting them on at least 5 occasions earlier. The other said "I'm sorry you didn't win as much as you wanted to." after a lengthy discussion about an issue - basically mocking me.
4. Just before writing this review I found out that V&J is restricted in Croatia, which is also mentioned here in AskGamblers. The casino on the other hand told me that it is ok to play, and gladly took my deposits. I asked in chat specifically before opening account. I wonder would that chat history also somehow "disappear" if I was to withdraw.

About a year ago i closed my account due to having too many casino accounts - I just wanted to play with one. A year onwards I decided to reopen my account and was asked a lot of questions regarding why i wanted to re open . I'm assuming they wanted to check I didn't have gambling problems, which is fair enough.

I passed all the questions and was told to contact them in 24 hours to finally open the account (after the cooling off period).

I signed up here and recently deposited and took their welcome bonus. Completed the 40x wagering with and made a withdrawal. pending period was a few hours and I sent in my documents,they were verified very quickly. The games at this casino were very stable, no connection issues, very good selection of games from all the top providers like rtg, netent ect ect. No issues with the withdrawal process unlike most casinos today. Everything went very well and it was a smooth process. a major plus for me was when I sent in the withdrawal request I could not find a reverse option.
