Customer support appears to be automated responses from AI bots, offering no genuine assistance or concern for customer care. I have kept screenshots of every conversation to document the lack of accountability. While deposits process instantly, payouts are delayed indefinitely. Based on my experience, this platform cannot be considered reliable or trustworthy.

Please do yourself a favor before giving your hard-earned money to this casino site. I am currently waiting for 3 redemptions from early September, totally near $4,000.
At the time of my redemptions, the site's Terms & Conditions stated redemptions would take up to 14 business days to process. Since then, they have changed this rule from 14 business days to 30 business days, and now 90 business days.
Not once did they actually notify their customer base of the change in the terms and conditions, however, the terms and conditions in place at the time of a player's redemption request are what should apply.
