Swift Casino - Withdrawal communication regarding my winning 194000 GBP

I won £194,000 on 16th March and have been paid out £5000 x 3 times via Apple Pay as this was the method of deposit. And £5000 x 1 wire transfer.

Customer service said once you’ve requested the max amount of £5000 then email in to increase the amount.

I have emailed in 4 x to increase and each time only £5000 has been withdrawn.

This time I emailed to say I was unhappy at the pace of withdrawals so I said I want my whole balance. To which they responded that they needed my wire details. I gave it and surprise surprise only £5000 has been transferred via wire? Which will take 2-7 days when Apple Pay is instant.

I don’t know what to do with Swift Casino.

I want the full amount withdrawn into my account and every time they ask for me to manually ask for the max amount and then promise they will pass on increasing withdrawals to the relevant department and don’t.

They need to give me step-by-step instructions on how to proceed to get my own money. Over 2 weeks only £15,000 deposited into my account out of £194,000. £5000 is in thin air whilst it takes its time to reach my account.

I want to keep Apple Pay for the maximum withdrawal amount unless it’s the full amount then I don’t mind wire payment.

Please answer the following questions. Do not skip one question.

Do u request the full amount again? What reassurances do I have if it will be increased? Isn’t this type of practice illegal according to the gambling commissions' process of withdrawals?

Yes there’s a great selection of games but no matter how much you win you will not be able to withdraw it. Customer service take hours to respond and give nothing but automated responses

Awful site. Have no issue taking your money but even after getting your life history still refuse to let you withdraw. AVOID! I spent a solid week unloading document after document, all refused. I have countless chats and emails with nothing but automated responses that come hours after you ask a question. A complete con of a site

The things I like about Swift casino are very, very few and I find it difficult to fill in 150 words about. I guess it has a good selection of different slots, but that is the only good thing I can say

Terrible customer service. Live chat is a message service which they can take days to reply to. Sometimes it’s only a few hours if you’re lucky.

They lie about attempts at withdrawals and try to get you to send banking information that they have no business of knowing

These people really are a liability for identity fraud, and I have registered my complaint with an ADR and local politician, who agrees their practices seem shady

Even if the score is 9, there are still some negatives on the site. It might look like nitpicking but some games are laggy which should not happen on such a premium site. It also doesn’t help that the site has live chat but it’s only available to the members which are a big negative because it limits the community’s ability to grow further. I opened an account, was able to deposit straight away and 1 second after was logged off from the site and not able to log in again. I tried to recover password and I never received the email with the process ( and yes is not in my junk folder) I tried to contact CS ( they state that they have 24/7, live chat, email and phone all lies) chat is not available, I received an answer via email ignoring all my comments and asking me to follow the recovering password process. I reply back and after 5 hours no answer back. I found their phone number in Cyprus and spoke with someone that informed me that she will send a message to managers. I came across Swift casino a few days ago when I was looking for a new online casino to try, and noticed Swift casino on Askgamblers new casinos list. After taking a quick look I noticed that they are powered by a huge amount of game providers including Netent, Play'n Go, Microgaming and others so I was really curious to try them out.

After signing up I wanted to check out what kind of welcome bonus they offer and it was a decent match bonus of 100% along with 50 free spins, however, what I didn't like was the fact that the bonus had quite high wagering- 30x deposit+bonus amount while the free spins had 60x wagering. In my opinion that's quite high and therefore I decided to make a deposit but not take a bonus as I wasn't a fan of their terms.

I made a deposit of 30eur and decided to start off by playing Book of Dead which is a great option with minimum bets. Within the first few spins I managed to get free spins bonus but it paid only 40x bet. I stayed for a little bit, but when my balance dropped below 20eur I decided to give a try to Reactoonz. I was playing with minimum stakes and almost got a Gargantoonz feature however, the last alteration ruined it. I managed to get a few decent wins but my balance never recovered to a place of having even a small profit. When it dropped to the last few euros I went to Starburst as it can be a recovery game for small balance, but this time it didn't happen and shortly after I lost my remaining balance.

Overall, my time at Swift casino was short but decent. They have a very wide game portfolio which I appreciate, but so far there wasn't really anything that stood out for me and would make me come back. They have a few promotions going on but the wagering is way too high for my preference. All in all, they seem to be a decent casino but I won't be returning back.

Great selection of games. The bonus is OK, with a turnover of 30x. They have all the providers that major casinos have, and both live and regular table games.

They tell you that verification takes up to 12 hours but sometimes can take up to 48 hours if something else is required. I had to ask them AFTER 48 hours what was going on, they apologized and told me nothing more is needed and my account is now fully verified. Extremely misleading.

They also tell you that pending cashouts are released within 11 hours. I requested a cashout more than 24 hours ago, it is still pending although I am fully verified. They could not tell me in chat what was going on or why it was still pending, only that it will "likely" be released sometime today.

Very bad behaviour to promise time frames for two different tasks and not keeping any of them. Extremely disappointed, especially when there is such a great selection of casinos available. I would not recommend playing here.
