I’ve had a verification email from Swift casino to say my documents have been accepted, but every-time I go to withdraw my funds it comes ups a notice to say that I need to upload my document.
I have already been verified by yourselves yet you still won’t let me withdraw.
I have sent numerous emails to your support team and I’ve not had a single reply, you are holding £1085 of my real money balance.
