I won £194,000 on 16th March and have been paid out £5000 x 3 times via Apple Pay as this was the method of deposit. And £5000 x 1 wire transfer.

Customer service said once you’ve requested the max amount of £5000 then email in to increase the amount.

I have emailed in 4 x to increase and each time only £5000 has been withdrawn.

This time I emailed to say I was unhappy at the pace of withdrawals so I said I want my whole balance. To which they responded that they needed my wire details. I gave it and surprise surprise only £5000 has been transferred via wire? Which will take 2-7 days when Apple Pay is instant.

I don’t know what to do with Swift Casino.

I want the full amount withdrawn into my account and every time they ask for me to manually ask for the max amount and then promise they will pass on increasing withdrawals to the relevant department and don’t.

They need to give me step-by-step instructions on how to proceed to get my own money. Over 2 weeks only £15,000 deposited into my account out of £194,000. £5000 is in thin air whilst it takes its time to reach my account.

I want to keep Apple Pay for the maximum withdrawal amount unless it’s the full amount then I don’t mind wire payment.

Please answer the following questions. Do not skip one question.

Do u request the full amount again? What reassurances do I have if it will be increased? Isn’t this type of practice illegal according to the gambling commissions' process of withdrawals?

So basically I was fully verified I withdrew money before and then as soon as I win Big

I can’t withdraw my funds I have wrote numerous of emails and still not a single reply back. They have my document as pending for the last two weeks no one answers when you email or the bot chat.

I have 1200€ in my account which I would like to withdraw.

Have sent all documents that where needed.

I have been contacting this casino since the 11th of November trying to withdraw a big sum of money that I have won. They asked for 2 documents of verification which I have sent in. 1 come back saying it needed to be redone - which I done instantly. 2 days later and it’s still not been verified. They said verification can take up to 12 hours and withdrawals should happen in ‘1-3 hours or 2-3 days for a bank transfer’ I can’t withdraw any of my winnings at all and as you can imagine with the sum being so big I’m very very unhappy about this.

I have sent countless emails and every response I’ve got is identical to what the chatbot is saying.

Photo one is my verification. And photo 2 is how much they owe me. And they’re not responding at all!

A bit of a dodgy casino they asked me to submit some documents to verify I was the owner of the account which was fine and approved in a few hours.

Then I went to withdraw the money I had won which was all smooth and I got an email the next day saying they approved my withdrawal it was on its way to my bank account two times but I still have not received anything.

The withdrawal was just reversed back into the app, they’ve kept my real money in their app and won’t let me withdraw it,

I then made another withdrawal which was approved then it went back into my balance and I still haven’t received anything.

it’s not looking good don’t think I’ll ever see my money

I’ve had a verification email from Swift casino to say my documents have been accepted, but every-time I go to withdraw my funds it comes ups a notice to say that I need to upload my document.

I have already been verified by yourselves yet you still won’t let me withdraw.

I have sent numerous emails to your support team and I’ve not had a single reply, you are holding £1085 of my real money balance.

I am looking for a response from swift casino.

I joined 3 days ago and I managed to make my first withdrawal no issues. I then got asked for documentation for verification. I sent 10 documents to make this simple and easy.

3 days passed, I'm still unverified and can't withdraw my funds.

I have sent numerous messages in live support and email and not get any reply hoping I can get this sorted here. Thanks

I have previously played and withdrawn winnings at swift casino. I have £1000 I want to withdraw but they are making me re-verify my account. I sent these documents nearly a week ago and haven’t had a response. All my emails are bouncing back and no one is responding on live chat. I do not know what else to do to try and contact them. I have tried Facebook chat as well.

On their website, they promise account verification within 12 hours.

It has now been five days with no communication whatsoever.

Also, their chat has been out of service for a week and my email left not answered.

I am only hoping for some kind of communication, if there is some kind of problem with my documents or if they need more documents.

Also, they make false statements about the time period for account verification on their website.
