Not verifying my account
I opened an account with Swift and deposited £2,000. After playing for a small period of time and losing 1/4 of funds I was advised that I need to speak to Swift before I can continue playing (I imagine this is to verify my account although it did not explicitly say this).
I have messaged on life chat and have not received a response. I have also emailed them and am yet to receive a response.
The funds are still in my account but the app doesn't let me access any features or pages without a message box appearing saying "Hey, we need some info from you, so you can continue to play responsibly. Won't take long!" Because of this i'm unable to upload any documents via the app.
My funds are stuck in my account and i'm unable to play or withdraw as it stands. This needs to be rectified ASAP.
