Withdrawal delayed and declined multiple times for same reason each time

I submitted my first withdrawal request on the 7/02/2026 and shortly after was emailed saying it had been declined. Proceeded to chat to customer support who felt the need to push me towards a wire transfer method. After contact from support and waiting longer than expected I the contacted again and was told to confirm EUR for withdrawal. I accepted and apparently withdrawal was processing. More waiting. No contact. I reversed wire transfer method and requested a new withdrawal by visa card. And the nightmare begins 3 times I've been asked to confirm im okay with winnings being in EUR, and evsrytime I've agreed and been told that its sorted and going ahead. I even escalated to a support manager who assured me I had nothing g to worry abiut and no tasks I needed to complete to allow my winnings to come quicker. And now, here I am again, still on chat with a new support worker, who again, seems to not know a lot about what is going on or why its happening, but that I need to confirm for EUR withdrawal again..... What do I do? How do I get my winnings because no matter what I do and say they just tell me the same thing over and over again. Please help.

We've noticed that the player has made three withdrawals on 19, 20, and 21 February, totalling around 12,500 NZD.

Under Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) rules, there are withdrawal limits. This means players usually cannot withdraw all their money in one single transaction. Instead, they must withdraw it in smaller amounts over several days.

It looks like that’s what happened here — the player withdrew their funds over three separate days due to those limits.
Before that, there may have been a KYC (identity verification) process, which can sometimes delay withdrawals.

Now:
-The player’s balance is 0.08
-There are no pending withdrawals
-So it appears they have received all their money

Therefore, the matter appears to be resolved. Please let us know if you need any further clarification.

Withdrawal communication regarding my winning 194000 GBP

I won £194,000 on 16th March and have been paid out £5000 x 3 times via Apple Pay as this was the method of deposit. And £5000 x 1 wire transfer.

Customer service said once you’ve requested the max amount of £5000 then email in to increase the amount.

I have emailed in 4 x to increase and each time only £5000 has been withdrawn.

This time I emailed to say I was unhappy at the pace of withdrawals so I said I want my whole balance. To which they responded that they needed my wire details. I gave it and surprise surprise only £5000 has been transferred via wire? Which will take 2-7 days when Apple Pay is instant.

I don’t know what to do with Swift Casino.

I want the full amount withdrawn into my account and every time they ask for me to manually ask for the max amount and then promise they will pass on increasing withdrawals to the relevant department and don’t.

They need to give me step-by-step instructions on how to proceed to get my own money. Over 2 weeks only £15,000 deposited into my account out of £194,000. £5000 is in thin air whilst it takes its time to reach my account.

I want to keep Apple Pay for the maximum withdrawal amount unless it’s the full amount then I don’t mind wire payment.

Please answer the following questions. Do not skip one question.

Do u request the full amount again? What reassurances do I have if it will be increased? Isn’t this type of practice illegal according to the gambling commissions' process of withdrawals?
