I'm not sure why it's shows for my in this page that players from Sweden aren't accepted since I'm playing from Sweden in this Casino.
I got my withdraw 3 out of 4 times. Was really scared once to withdraw 2k € after reading all reviews , but thankfully it went smoothly. It takes around 48 hours to receive withdraw into my bank account.
Do not do same mistake as I and use bonus. One withdraw I haven't received and 50% of amount went back to bonus money because I used some rewards. Stay out of any rewards , since when your money end up being just bonus money. Sometimes system tricks you and you after your deposit ,amount end up in bonus money and not in actual cash. So if casino wouldn't trick you with all these rewards and actually let players to cash out their amount and let use the bonus money, would been really good casino. I think it's a nice casino because it has so many different games, especially they are up with the new games that comes out, not all casino are so quick to get the new slots.
What I do not like is the worst customer support I've ever seen in my life. I am a player and I have played on many casinos but I have never complained about customer support. At SUgar Casino it's the worst one, for live chat I have waited even 1 hour until someone took me over. With the email form, took 48 hours to reply. I am having 20 K withdrawals to be approved for almost 1 week, still not apporved. My accoun tit's fully verified, no reasons to keep it so long. When you try to talk with a customer suport, they very sec with a copy paste message: It normally takes 1-3hours to be approved but sometimes 24 up to 48 hours. That's all they tell you, no other informations, no sorry for delay, nothing. They close the chat which very unpolite and they ask you for a feedback. Ofcourse you will get a bad feedback.
I will still wait 2 more days, after that I will call a lawyer, not normal to have this kind of experience. I will for sure never go back and play at Sugar Casino.

When I won €1400 the casino asked me to verify myself, this took 10 days to complete!!! After completion I gor informed that my withdrawal was declined and my winnings are forfeited, this because I played some games that are blacklisted with a bonus. This blacklist contains a lot of hot slots to play, so with a bonus this site is nothing fun and the chance is big that the winnings are being forfeited. Avoid this site if you like to play a normal casino with normal bonuses. I hope the casino sees this reaction because I think this is unacceptable. And then cons... I have played in numerous casinos (over 50) and in general the casino which is under the MGA license does not require any special inspections, with respect to the terms and conditions. Sites works well, a lot games and bonus offers are very decent. Design is also good and clear. I would use same site design and engine again because it worked well.
Deposit and withdrawing are not working. You get a lot of errors when you are trying to deposit or withdraw. Also, they spam you with offers that you CAN'T use. I get mails to write in Finnish about offers that are not to Finnish customers.

Normally I don't like to give 10/10 stars as everyone can improve small things. But these days something super insane happened, which made me so happy. I made an account with my husband together and we played live casino.
