When I won €1400 the casino asked me to verify myself, this took 10 days to complete!!! After completion I gor informed that my withdrawal was declined and my winnings are forfeited, this because I played some games that are blacklisted with a bonus. This blacklist contains a lot of hot slots to play, so with a bonus this site is nothing fun and the chance is big that the winnings are being forfeited. Avoid this site if you like to play a normal casino with normal bonuses. I hope the casino sees this reaction because I think this is unacceptable. Deposit and withdrawing are not working. You get a lot of errors when you are trying to deposit or withdraw. Also, they spam you with offers that you CAN'T use. I get mails to write in Finnish about offers that are not to Finnish customers.

I've played twice now with a Bonus there and I had super bad luck as it seems. I haven't experienced anything like this on any casino out there. I haven't won a single Bonus, I've just spinned towards my 0 Balance but this could be just very bad luck as I already stated since this Casino is licensed. I am a player from Germany and I experienced HEAVY issues with the connection of the site at ANY game. Not a single Slot, doesn't matter what provider it is made from, went smooth without disconnects. Also If I wanted to write at the live chat I suddenly randomly get disconnected and logged out and have to do it all over again, this has happened extremely often and sometimes up to 5 times in a row!
