They have some No Deposit Bonuses and the selection of games is decent, I guess. Most Bonus offers come with the key conditions next to the offer instead of just referring to the loooong ToS
First off, any withdrawal processing time over 24 hours is not acceptable in my book. Since casinos have the most customers at weekends, it's even worse if customer service (including finance) is unavailable when needed.
The reason for that is we all know it's ill intended. Any delay is another chance to cancel a withdrawal.
Now, I won't complain that casinos are all about profit, but that's no justification for making things more complicated, annoying and frustrating then they need to be. I know, I will lose most the rime, but at least make it easy and enjoyable whenever I might be lucky.
As far as the games or bonuses go, there is nothing that stands out to dozens of other casinos, except the low max cash out for deposit bonuses(despite common wagering requirements), delayed withdrawals. And a bad customer support, that only has the typical empty phrases. That refers to another department to dodge responsibilities or give a meaningless Word Salat.
