Hello.
I am a new player here, fully verified and had three withdrawl this week. Everything was fine so far. Two days ago i made again two withdrawls. First with 744 and 40 the second. About 26 hours later the withdrawl has been cancelled because i should make just one withdrawl ( one day before this was no problem).
And i should alse send a selfie with id.
I did it and got answer today that everything is ok. I am fully verified.
A few mins later and in sum after more than 48 hours my withdrawl of 784 euro had been cancelled again. There should be a problem with the form of my skrill withdrawl.
The other 3 withdrawls were also made with skrill without problem.
In live chat they werent ablento tell me what the problem was exactly.
In the meantime i set a daily wager limit of 20. Think they want that i play and loose.
Now it is weekend and i have to wait and wait. Think this is not ok

I was able to see that your withdrawal was declined due to there being 2 requests at a time and as for the next withdrawal attempt, I can see it was declined due to incorrect details being entered when you filled in your information.

As for the current wait, unfortunately, we do not process withdrawals on the weekends but your current withdrawal does look promising for approval.

I would like to ask that you allow us 24 to 48 hours to review and approve the current pending withdrawal.

Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Hello.
Yesterday morning i got an update that my withdraw has been processed via bank transfer. Till now the money is not on my bank account. Tomorrow it is in sum one week with many excuses. Wont play here again. Just hope to get the money. I made many withdrawls with bank transfer in the past. Most of them came on the same day. At least on the morning of the next day. Here not... Regards

The money did just arrive on my bank account. Had a horrible week but everything is ok now. Seems to ne a tactic that you play again and loose. Loved it to play here but not this way.
