Hello,

I would like to submit a complaint regarding my cashout of €1270.52 that has not been processed for more than 24 hours.

According to the rules of this casino, they will process the winnings within 24 hours from the time it was requested.

My VIP Craig is useless he’s not helping me at all as a VIP member of this casino it should be fast and smooth but every time I message it’s all the same blah blah blah and without any assurance for me not to get frustrated with my winnings.

Please could you help me with my concern?

Again I follow up my complaint. They cancelled my cashout cos they said there is a limit to cashout when using a card. Now I had to request another withdrawal and as a VIP member of this casino, they are treating me just a regular one that I need to wait another 24hrs for the processing of my withdrawal where they can actually check right away and processed it. They are just trying to hold back my withdrawal of the possibility to gamble again. This casino is the worst casinos ever and the VIP manager Craig is useless that he’s not deserving of the position of a VIP manager cos he’s not doing anything.

I really need your help. They are playing with me. They cancelled again my cashout without telling me a reason and now they are playing me with this. Im so frustrated of what they’re doing to me. Now I have 1,737.26 to withdraw and they didnt give even a cent of that. I need your help so badly.
