The chat person was friendly. The site’s design is mobile friendly and quite easy to use and it doesn’t get stuck or crash too much. They do have a few good games.

They have very limited selection of games & game providers, practically none of my favorites or even games I would have been somehow familiar with. They don’t even have all the main games from the game providers listed.
When I tried to make a withdrawal, it was just cancelled without giving any notification of the reason. I had to ask it myself from the chat.
It turned out that the validation of documents would take up to 48 business hours?, meaning obviously 6 business days? Ridiculous. I don’t even want to imagine how long processing a withdrawal would have taken. PLUS, they will only verify your documents once you have a pending withdrawal request (which I already had but which was cancelled).
So they just want to do all they can just to make you gamble away ALL of your money, and nothing less.
The bonus requirements are ridiculous, too. Wagering requirement 50x, also the bet must be LESS than 20% of the bonus credited AND maximum 8 EUR/USD. Which you obviously also need to keep in mind yourself constantly when playing, because technically it’s possible to set a higher bet anytime, also solely by human mistake/error.
AND just some of the games contribute 100% to the bonus wagering; it is, obviously the crappiest ones. Also the chat person mentioned to me a 100% game which didn’t even exist and the other one’s name was spelled wrong, too.
Last but not least: when you want to permanently close your account with them, even if you tell you have a severe gambling problem, they will try and do EVERYTHING in their power to make you change your mind and stay. I was offered 3? different bonuses, different deposit limits, cool off periods... I had to negotiate about it for quite a while really. A normal & responsible casino would have closed the account in SECONDS after what I initially said & asked for. They don't describe in their Resposnsible gambling policy or Terms and Conditions even how to apply for the deposit limits or how to close your account over there. So in optional not comfortable situation, you will be not able to set a successful complaint about them because they are not breaking any of their rules. Because they don't have any rules at all.
