I have been waiting for a year now to get my winnings £458 in total. This is a lot of money to hold from me and I can see it is not the first time, Above they claim 24/48 pending withdrawal. - 1 - 5 Days total time.
Do NOT use the casino, even if you win big you will never get the money from them. Seriously a year... I have had 12 live chats and about 20 emails. I have now involved the Gambling Commission and reported this, PayPal have also confirmed this is an often occurrence from Betway and Betway casinos.
Never use them.

Spin casino, they really look a like Betway casino, even when they launched their casino and haven't read anything about them, didn't have any info I just knew they are connected somehow, well I was right. As for their sister brand Betway casino, they used to be fabulous casino, what happened, they have tons of complaints,negative reviews, I guess this casino went downhill.
I was browsing the net while I came across this casino and the reason I joined was the free spins they were offering. They offered free spins on Pretty Kitty slot, which I am not familiar that much with it, but as it was Microgaming slot, as I love playing their games I opened account there so I can use those free spins.
I played those free spins and had a lots of fun playing another slots, so the winnings from the Pretty Kitty were enough so I could play Break Da Bank game for more then an hour. The next day I asked the live support agent where to send my documents so they can verified my account as I wanted to deposit and play there. The reason was as they offered 100% match and i wanted to take advantage of it.
The funny or the odd thing is, I have never received any email or answer from them, did they verified my account and would it be ok so I can play there. It's been more then 8 months and the email never came. Well in that point I thought I will receive something in few days and that's why I made one small deposit there, so I could claim their welcome offer.
I played with the bonus but nothing outstanding like the previous time I played with the freebie, I have lost my deposit in a half hour so cant say I have enjoyed while playing with my first bonus. I was going to give this company a chance after reading the other reviews, but I wish I hadn't. Avoid this website at all costs.
Currently in an ongoing dispute with their awful customer service team after depositing money into my account, I was unable to play any of their games or withdraw my money back into my bank account. The website is full of technical errors, and their solution is always to clear cache (which does nothing).
I know I only deposited £35, but getting it back into my bank account is wasting my time.
Avoid this company, it's not worth it.

I like to play with bonuses. They send bonus offers all the time, but you have to opt in and when I log onto the site the offer is not there to log in, a few times I deposited never got the bonus so go onto live chat, and the insinunate that you are lying and want you to send them the email. Then once proved you have deposited for a bonus you get the reply ok this time we will add it manually, like I am in the wrong and next time it wont happen. It's stopping me deposositing with them they need to sort this problem out
