The deposit process was trouble- free, like with the most casinos. They had a bunch of options and the bonus got booked automatically. Also the selection of the games was ok.
After trying to withdraw my winnings the drama began. It took them 58 days to withdraw them and exactly 18 attempts that all got canceled without any further reason.
The chat was polite but it was always the same "auto-generated" messages.
For a Crypto cashout I always had to send them an e-mail at first with my wallet address because somehow it was not possible for them to use that data I've put in on their homepage. Then it got cancelled and I had to do the same over 10 times again (E-Mail -> withdraw on the homepage -> Chat)
