Withdrawals delay a week so far

Signed up here and had a little win, requested two withdrawals to credit card, one for 1100 and one for 500 euro.

They were both rejected and i was asked to withdraw to bank transfer, which i did. I am now waiting a week, casino has said they processed it last Friday and that I have to have patience.

It is 7 days now and nothing.. I have a total of 2600 I am trying to withdraw and I'm not getting anywhere.

Won't pay me my winnings

Last time since I was on holiday I wasn't able to provide the asked screenshots -> sorry for that.

I still didn't received the winnings. The bank transfer got now canceled the 4th time, always with the same excuses after 10 days. The always let me wait 10 business days since it will take that long for a normal bank transfer and then they canceled it.

But here the full timeline:

  • The first withdraw attempt was on the 24th of september via credit card and got declined by my provider
  • Then on the 25th September I tried it via Bank Transfer again
  • I had to wait to the 18th of October and the funds got booked back to my players account
  • On the 18th I tried it again because they said so
  • On the 10th of November I tried it again via credit card, got again canceled
  • On the 10th of November I tried it with Crypto Cashout on my Binance account -> got again canceled by Slotsmines and they told me I should try it again via Bank Transfer.

There was no proper reason or anything for the cancellations - they always tell me that they have problems with the paying provider. Also Crypto should be an instant transfer but they won't accept it. I wont do a payout again with bank transfer and I can't even select it on their homepage.

This is so scammy and its always the same as you can see on all the screenshots.

On the 23th of October they asked me to verify my Skrill account, I did that instantly but then they kept quiet and didn't tried a withdraw on my Skrill Account.

All the screenshots are attached now.

  • You can see all the cancellations
  • Every chat with them
  • And the withdrawal options (there is no bank transfer available)

Please help me with that case because after 1 1/2 month I don't know what I should do anymore.
