First I put in a request for 700$ which I had won legitimately and submitted all my verification documents and they were approved. Then they told me I was unable to withdraw 700$ and they would make a accepting withdraw for 500$. So I resubmitted the request for 500$ and its been 12 days with no word from them. Contacted their support which said it could take 7-10 days to approve then another 7-10 to pay depending who their payout was from.

Slots of Vegas keeps denying all ways of withdrawal request multiple times always for different reasons

Hello, I have won a large amount of over $6000 dollars. My withdrawal request continuously being denied. Always for a different reason than last time I talked to customer support. This has been going on for over a month almost now. First withdrawal request I did was for bitcoin, customer service representative was telling me everything I needed to do in order to do this withdrawal. I completed all step, received case numbers and went back to live chat and provided case numbers they told me multiple times I provided all information needed and the were escalating it to the correct department. Waited and received denial. Went back and asked live support was it was denied. They said because my last deposit wasn’t a bitcoin deposit so I couldn’t do a withdrawal that way. They did not say this when I first talked to them. Asked another agent they gave me a different reason why. Yes all agents I spoke with said they received all the information needed for this withdrawal but still always had a different reasoning. So then I tried the withdrawal with a wire transfer. First request I did I entered all my information, sent documents of both 2 items they requested. Electric bill and bank statement from may-June which was the newest I had on my banking account with < > Bank.received the case number from the email response back. When back on to chat with live agent they said everything with both documents were good and they were escalating my case again. Saw it was denied again and asked live agent why. This time they told me that the last agent did escalate my case so the correct department did receive or review my documents that were requested so they couldn’t verify me. But rest assured I was told they now escalated it now and all the documents were still good for my withdrawal just needed to wait for it to get approved within the next 2 weeks. Ok so I waited logged back about 2 weeks ago now and saw it was denied again. So I asked a live agent once again why. This time they told me that my document for my bank statement wasn’t the newest and needed a newer version. So I actually received the newest version on July 13th for period June- July 13th. Sent that document in another email received another case number and asked live agent once again to check if I needed anything else now and they said everything needed it good. So they escalated my case again to a department they said. Saw that wire transfer was denied once again and chatted with live agent yesterday. Asked why it was denied. They said they the 3rd party payer couldn’t validate my bank account because they can’t accept <> checking account for wire transfers. Which is not correct because they specifically told me at the beginning of all this that <> was a good bank that they deal with. I asked my bank also and verified they can accept wire transfers for my account and that most likely I was being scammed from not receiving my wire transfer due to a false statement from the issuer or also known as “stalling loop” The agent I chatted with yesterday then told me I had to open another bank account with either <> banks .i would have to have a positive balance of 20 or more for at least a month and then I could start the process all over again when I got my first statement with my new account. The agent then came back and said that I actually had to have a balance of 30 dollars now. Even though before about a month ago they accepted <> bank and all my information was apparently good to go, so how does it happen now that they don’t accept <> bank? There is always a different reason for everything as a excuse given from multiple live agents over this whole process now. All I want to do is get my full withdrawal that I am Eligible for in the amount of 6505.65 it is all withdrawal able as I already checked that multiple times because they did take away my bonus money I believe they called it off the top of my winnings after my first attempt to withdrawal. Please help me get my withdrawal as I’m eligible and entitled as I played with my money and won. I do have attachments I will upload from the different chats over the month and also email responses from a live agent not from a automatic reply.

Delayed payments again and violation of terms

I have 8 withdrawals that were submitted on 05/26/26 that total $19,325.00 and have not been paid.

The terms and conditions state that all withdrawals will be approved or denied within 7 business days.

These platforms continue to discriminate against me and violate their own terms and conditions.

Disappearing money

On June 15th at 11:37 pm, I deposited $351 usd with the bonus luckystreak350.

I understand the bonuses and read everything, anything over 3.5k will be non-payable. So I was playing and got up to $7.6k in winnings.

The reversal withdraw kick in as approved and took $3,613.50 same day at 11:48 pm

So that left me with 3.5k of my winnings. I withdrew $2500 and a $1000 one.

They denied it on June 18th, and the manager approved a withdrawal that took my real winnings of 3.5k, and it disappeared and never popped up again. Keep in mind, I had 3 other pending winnings from different deposits and bonuses after. They told me it comes out of that, which is a lie.

I read the reviews on how they do this, but they owe me 3.5k from June 15th winnings.

Worlds Most Frustrating Withdrawal

I’ve been trying to withdraw 2,500 for at least 2 months now. I first tried to withdraw using bitcoin but was denied due to my winnings being won on a debit deposit. Okay, understandable I guess. They only accepted National Banks that accept wire transfers and had a SWIFT code, but I also had to have this account for 30 days and had to have a positive balance. Which of course had to be my own, not joined, account. I did this as well. I submitted all documents just to be told that the bank I sent is not accepted on their end when they have all of the qualifications that were asked for. I even deposited more bitcoin than I deposited through my debit to try and get it eligible to withdraw through bitcoin. Please help!!

Taking really long to get payed

I won total of $7500 in April 2026. So far I been paid $5237. The remaining $2318 has been stretching it out and not paying me. As of today 05/27 I was told to come back on 6/4 to have my $816 withdrawal escalated if not paid by then. I made a withdrawal of $1001.00 from Slots Of Vegas online casino, and today is actually the last day of the 7-10 days that they make you wait, after it’s been approved. It was approved on May 4, 2026 and nothing has been deposited into my account. I have made withdrawals with this casino before, but they have never made me wait this long to receive my payout. Yes, in the past, they have made it difficult to receive my withdrawal, but once everything that was needed was submitted, they always sent my withdrawal about 3-4 days after. I have given them everything that is needed, and the 7-10 days that they make you wait after it’s been approved have already gone by, today being the 10th day, BUT YET, STILL NO WITHDRAWAL. Not paying out winnings and changing rules

I've been playing for years. And was a VIP member. And it has always been a struggle to get paid on time. Always an excuse & false promises.

In the last two months, I’ve been winning & they all of a sudden said they took my VIP away because I needed to play more. Then my payments were due, and I never saw them.

I kept reaching out and getting run around by different people.

Then they started approving my withdrawals and taking them off my account, but never sending them to my Bitcoin account.

Then they erased all my previous transactions in my profile.

- Very generous bonus offers.
- Friendly support staff who stay calm and helpful also when they seem to be challenged by a lot of chats simultaneously.
- High payout rate at the slots - in combination with their genuine match bonus offers you get a chance to gamble AND stay in the black numbers.

I gave Slots of Vegas a chance after I read that they had issues in the past, but were trying to improve. So I tried my first freechip and busted. Later on I did a few deposits, using their match - no - rules bonus (which is a real usp for this group since you are not forced to fulfill extremely difficult wagering requirements before you can cashout and you are not limited in the amount you can withdraw from a single deposit - its just a question of time since you are limited at a weeks max cashout of 2000-2500).

I cashed out several times 4 digit amounts and also met the wagering requirements of the one and the other free chip.

As the Bonus offers raise your chances to win a serious amount by far, it is okay for me to calculate a certain time, till I receive my winnings, when requesting a withdrawal. Of course often tempted by hitting the reversal button and try to play it up again a bit. ;-.)

Cashouts were always processed in time - sometimes quicker than, they promise. since they offer Neteller it is also free of charge.

I am happy that I started playing at this group. SoV is a good choice, if you can agree to their t&c which from my pov are fair.

I only play slots - never tried table games or live casino. ;-) - my favorite is Triple Twister because of its extreme high variance. Had some really cool hits on it.

- Pending period is very long, however that's acceptable since the bonus offers are absolutely outstanding.

- RTG video slots are nice, however they don't offer overwhelming sound effects and visual stimulation like MG or Netent - they offer kind of a reduce to the max gambling entertainment. ;-)

Very bad virtual table games, don't wast ur time on computer table games. You will not win a dime, they will suck ur money right up.

Got in with the 200% match bonus and made sure I chatted with support first to clarify what I could and couldn't play. They were pretty sharp and had all the right answers without too much delay. Was fun to blast through my playthrough. Some good swings and a couple good hits :)

The only thing I like about this casino is the zero-waging match bonus.

After winning for the first time, they took away the zero-waging match bonus and say I was too good for their casino. Too good? Slots is just lucky day.

Second, the worst of all, they keep splitting withdraws so they can prolong the time to approve and payout to you in addition, they can charge you more for processing fees.

And worst of all, slowww payment. Took months to pay. Stay away from this casino, there are more out there. My ratting is F minus.

Don't give Slots of Vegas a bit of your money.Entirely too long to pay!! (Over a month) The timely manner to get paid is ridiculous!I had 2 withdrawals that happened to be 1 day after another. I waited 13 business days before the first was approved. My so called host told me the next one would be approved 10-15 business days after the first approval. I should have learned my lesson the first time.No other casino does this crap. I play many other casinos and have had several withdrawals back to back. They were paid at the same time. These other casinos approve and pay within 10-15 business days and that's fine. But do not waste your time or money at Slots of Vegas.

This might be the best casino I've been to when it comes to slot games. Has a ton of variety and the graphics and payouts were really good. I've played at a few RTG Casinos and this is def one of my fav ones

I read some of the problems that people had but since I've been playing here (last few months) haven't really had any issues. All my payout requests were given to me on time.

I'd def give it a try and see how you enjoy it. If you like slots I can't imagine you won't enjoy Slots of Casino.

There is nothing good to say about them rogues.

Don't lose your money with this scam casino or get fooled by their "generous" free chip offers, that they try on you to lure you in! Ask yourself why its low rated and so many people complain about payouts. They confiscate winnings like the rogues that they are and force obscure rules upon you while their software does not include them! If you complain about it they block all your accounts in this spam and scam casino family. STAY AWAY from this group! You have been warned!

Blackjagger, I rarely reply to reviews, however in this case, I feel it only fair to reply to your false claims. You did not bother to read the terms and conditions pertaining to the bonuses you were claiming. Had you read the terms, you would have understood that you cannot use multiple free chips in succession (without real money deposits between) and expect to make a withdrawal. This is not an 'obscure' rule and the so-called 'winnings' you claim were confiscated as they were voided due to your failure to follow the terms and conditions. It's simple as that. Tawni Wilson

Beware! Signed up and deposited 10 USD, received 250% bonus. I then won up to 200 USD on black jack. After a while I was disconnected and couldnt' login any more. I start live chat, and then they say my account is deleted cause Ive used a bonus thats not legit in Sweden. Winnings gone, and also my 10 usd deposit. Luckily I didnt add more.

OK here's my review of Slots of Vegas,I have played at most of the Casino's online and at Casino's all around the states and I'm surprised at how so many people are surprised that Slot's of Vegas want's them TO Lose Money and want's to Hold On To Their Money And Your Winnings = Same Thing Really as long as possible.YES Slot's of Vegas takes FOREVER to get paid and when you do , it's always on some weird check from some weird company like ADCD Corp. and yes Do Not Cash Deposit Only if you try to cash it some banks for some unknown reason to me won't and some will confiscate it and You Will Not Get Another One and Check Cashing Places will take it and shred it for SURE. So simply don't cash, deposit the Casino even tells you this which I credit them for it's kind of like admitting to being kind of SHADY.

Slots of Vegas casino, the baddest of the bad! I went on this because I wanted my cashout of $100 after I made full wager requirements on the $100 chip I had. This was indeed in the past and hours of my time spent were in complete destruction!

Thinking about the wasted time I had here I just can't take it back anymore. Why would they give out free chips to try them out if they weren't going to pay us the hard earned $$$ we got at their casino? It's much harder to believe that casinos like this exist in our world. Back then when Slots of Fortune still took players from my country slots like Vulcan, Spirit of the Inca, Hairway to Heaven or Ninja star didn't exist yet so the slots I gotten into were a bunch of old RTG slots much like Treasure Chamber, Warlocks spell, Triple Toucan, Caesars Empire, Fame & Fortune and Crystal waters.

Now since I'm making this review from my experience why did Slots of Vegas make winnings easy if they were going to screw me over on my request for my $100? I sent my documents fine through them and gotten plenty of excuses from their bag of tricks! Many times I have tried to contact them over again about when my cashout will be processed and it appears they like to not only make excuses but they will do everything to delay my $100 cashout from being paid to me. The huge delays resulted over 6 weeks and I continued to reach them with no good conclusion! The best advice I can give you ladies and gentlemen would be to nicely drop this casino because it just isn't worthy of hassling over! I had much better results produced on better quality RTG's somewhere else than Slots of Vegas.
