General Information about Slots of Vegas Casino

Slots of Vegas Casino is an online casino that has been at AskGamblers for some time. The benefit of this is that you can not only read our online casino reviews, but you can read real player reviews. These are reviews from AskGamblers players who have already tried and tested the casino.

Payment Information and Options at Slots of Vegas Casino

You can deposit and withdraw at the casino, but only a few payment methods are currently available. The good news is that it’s also a casino that accepts crypto, which means Bitcoin is currently available.

It’s important to have the facts before you play, and we should draw your attention to the fact the casino has very slow withdrawal timeframes. They can take up to 15 business days which has resulted in multiple complaints at AskGamblers.

However, the good news is that the casino is working hard to resolve these complaints, and players are getting their withdrawals despite lengthy waiting times.

There may also be withdrawal fees, depending on your chosen payment method. You can speak to the casino's support staff for more information or open the cashier through a registered account.

You can withdraw up to 2,000 USD per week, but weekly payments may be higher if you are a VIP player. To withdraw, you must complete the verification process. The exact details have not been specified.

Customer Support at Slots of Vegas Casino

If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact the casino. The casino has a support team via live chat, email or phone.

One of the quickest ways to speak with someone is through live chat. However, this feature is only open to registered users, so you can only use it once you register. Live chat is open 24/7.

If you need to chat with the casino another way, you can email them or phone them. Customer support agents are from 7 am to 11 pm, Monday to Friday (EST).

Games at Slots of Vegas Casino

The casino primarily supports the Real Time Gaming software. There is a good variety of games to choose from here, which includes online slots. Games have already been labelled by their theme, so you have an idea of what you’re about to play.

If you want to find your favourite games quickly, you can use the search function. You can also use filtering options that allows you to arrange games alphabetically, in reverse order, by most popular and when they were released.

The casino also houses a table casino games collection, including popular variations of Blackjack, Roulette and Poker.

Slots of Vegas Casinos Commitment to Responsible Gambling

Approved Bitcoin withdrawal remains unpaid
Use $2,268 as the disputed amount. That is the approved, overdue payment with the strongest claim.

I respectfully submit this complaint regarding an approved $2,268 Bitcoin withdrawal that Slots of Vegas has not processed or paid within its published timeframe.

Chronology

On August 5, 2026, Slots of Vegas reviewed my Bitcoin withdrawal request. On August 11, 2026, the casino approved a withdrawal in the amount of $2,268. As of August 29, the withdrawal remains at “Approved” status and has not advanced to “Processing” or “Paid.” I have not received the funds or a Bitcoin transaction ID.

Slots of Vegas states in Section 5.8 of its published Terms and Conditions that payment will be made within 7–10 business days after approval. More than 10 business days have elapsed since the $2,268 withdrawal was approved. Accordingly, this approved withdrawal is overdue under the casino’s own published payment commitment.

Attempts to resolve the matter

I have contacted customer service repeatedly. The representatives have stated that the casino is experiencing a high volume of withdrawals and have repeatedly assured me that my withdrawal was “escalated” or “expedited.”

Despite those assurances:

* The approved $2,268 withdrawal has not advanced to processing.
* I have not been given a firm release date.
* No representative has identified a verification, account, or Bitcoin wallet issue.
* I have not been asked to provide any additional documentation.
* I have not received a substantive explanation for the delay.

I have successfully received withdrawals from Slots of Vegas in the past. Historically, once my withdrawals were approved, they advanced to processing within a few hours. This is the first time an approved withdrawal has remained unpaid beyond the casino’s published 7–10 business day timeframe.

Additional pending withdrawals

I also have two separate Bitcoin withdrawal requests that were reviewed on August 12, 2026:

* $2,500, which remains at “Requested” status
* $1,202, which remains at “Requested” status

These two withdrawals are still pending and have not yet been approved. Together, they total $3,702. Including the overdue approved withdrawal, the total amount currently outstanding is $5,970.

I recognize that Section 5.10 of the casino’s terms permits multiple withdrawals to be processed sequentially and may reset the timeframe for subsequent withdrawals. For that reason, the formal disputed amount in this complaint is limited to the $2,268 withdrawal approved on August 11, 2026, because that withdrawal has already been approved and has exceeded the casino’s published 7–10 business day payment period.

The two additional withdrawals are not being presented as overdue payments under Section 5.8 because they remain at “Requested” status and have not yet been approved. However, they are relevant to the overall situation and should not be confused with the approved withdrawal. The sequential-processing provision may affect the timing of those later withdrawals, but it does not explain why the already-approved $2,268 payment remains unpaid beyond the casino’s stated payment commitment.

Requested resolution

I respectfully request that Slots of Vegas:

1. Immediately process and pay the approved $2,268 Bitcoin withdrawal.
2. Provide the payment date and Bitcoin transaction ID when the payment is issued.
3. Confirm in writing whether any hold, verification requirement, or other issue is preventing payment.
4. Confirm whether any further action or documentation is required from me.
5. Provide the anticipated approval and payment sequence for the remaining $3,702 in pending withdrawals, while clearly distinguishing their status from the overdue approved withdrawal.

I have cooperated with the casino, remained patient, and made repeated good-faith efforts to resolve this directly. I am not requesting preferential treatment or anything beyond the withdrawal already approved and the funds reflected in my account.

I respectfully request AskGamblers’ assistance in obtaining payment of the overdue $2,268 withdrawal in accordance with Slots of Vegas’s published 7–10 business day payment commitment, together with a clear written schedule for the remaining $3,702 in pending withdrawals.

Withdraw Refusal No Other Options
I am submitting this complaint regarding my ongoing difficulty withdrawing funds from Slots of Vegas (Slotsofvegas.com).

As of August 4, 2026, I have been attempting to withdraw my available balance of $2,423. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter through the casino’s customer service department, I have been unable to access my funds.

I have communicated with multiple customer service representatives regarding this issue. While the representatives have generally been polite and appeared willing to assist, the responses I received were often generic and appeared to consist primarily of copy-and-pasted responses that did not adequately address my specific situation.

As part of the withdrawal process, I completed the required verification of my identity and account. I was subsequently required to verify the debit card that I had used to make a deposit, which I also completed.

After completing these verification requirements, I attempted to withdraw my funds using Bitcoin. I expected this to be an available withdrawal option, particularly because cryptocurrency was presented as an available method for withdrawing funds. However, my withdrawal request was refused because the casino stated that my winnings originated from a deposit made using a debit card.

I was then instructed to withdraw my funds through an international wire transfer.

This presents a problem because my bank does not accept international wire transfers. I explained this situation to customer service and asked for an alternative method that would allow me to receive my funds. I was told that I should use another bank account. However, I only have one bank account, and opening or obtaining another account does not necessarily resolve the underlying issue if the withdrawal must still be processed as an international wire transfer.

The only other solution that has been presented to me is to transfer my $2,423 balance to a player’s card and use those funds at one of the casino’s partner casinos.

I do not consider this an acceptable resolution. I earned these funds through Slots of Vegas, and I am requesting the ability to withdraw my balance rather than being required to transfer the money to another casino and gamble it there. Additionally, I have concerns about whether a partner casino would ultimately honor a withdrawal request to my bank, particularly given the difficulties I have already experienced attempting to withdraw these funds.

At this point, I feel that I have exhausted the reasonable options available to me through customer service. I have completed the identity and payment-method verification requested by the casino, and I have repeatedly attempted to cooperate with their withdrawal requirements. I am simply asking for a reasonable and legitimate method to receive the $2,423 balance that is currently showing as available for withdrawal.

I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that Slots of Vegas be required to provide a reasonable method for me to withdraw my funds without requiring me to deposit the money into another casino or continue gambling in order to access it.

Complaint Against Slots of Vegas – $1,600 Withdrawal Delayed

I am filing this complaint regarding a $1,600 withdrawal from Slots of Vegas that I have still not received.

I requested my $1,600 withdrawal on August 4, 2026. I was told that I would receive my funds within 7–10 days. However, I have not received my money.

Before making the withdrawal, I had already experienced problems with the casino’s verification process. I was asked for verification information and documents, and I cooperated with their requests. I was subsequently told that the verification issue was resolved and that there were no additional holds preventing my withdrawal.

Despite this, my withdrawal has still not been paid.

The issue is particularly frustrating because I was given a specific timeframe for receiving my money, and I relied on that information. I have done everything requested of me, yet I continue to wait for funds that I am owed.

I am asking Slots of Vegas to provide a clear explanation for the delay and to immediately process my $1,600 withdrawal.

I would also like the casino to confirm in writing:

Whether my withdrawal has been approved.
Whether there are currently any holds or verification issues on my account.
If the withdrawal has been approved, when the payment was actually sent.
If it has not been approved, the exact reason it remains pending.
Whether any additional documentation is required from me.
I am not asking for anything beyond the withdrawal that I already requested. I have cooperated with the casino’s verification requirements and have been patient throughout this process.

I would appreciate AskGamblers’ assistance in getting this matter resolved and getting my $1,600 withdrawal paid without further unnecessary delays.

Slots of Vegas keeps denying all ways of withdrawal request multiple times always for different reasons

Hello, I have won a large amount of over $6000 dollars. My withdrawal request continuously being denied. Always for a different reason than last time I talked to customer support. This has been going on for over a month almost now. First withdrawal request I did was for bitcoin, customer service representative was telling me everything I needed to do in order to do this withdrawal. I completed all step, received case numbers and went back to live chat and provided case numbers they told me multiple times I provided all information needed and the were escalating it to the correct department. Waited and received denial. Went back and asked live support was it was denied. They said because my last deposit wasn’t a bitcoin deposit so I couldn’t do a withdrawal that way. They did not say this when I first talked to them. Asked another agent they gave me a different reason why. Yes all agents I spoke with said they received all the information needed for this withdrawal but still always had a different reasoning. So then I tried the withdrawal with a wire transfer. First request I did I entered all my information, sent documents of both 2 items they requested. Electric bill and bank statement from may-June which was the newest I had on my banking account with < > Bank.received the case number from the email response back. When back on to chat with live agent they said everything with both documents were good and they were escalating my case again. Saw it was denied again and asked live agent why. This time they told me that the last agent did escalate my case so the correct department did receive or review my documents that were requested so they couldn’t verify me. But rest assured I was told they now escalated it now and all the documents were still good for my withdrawal just needed to wait for it to get approved within the next 2 weeks. Ok so I waited logged back about 2 weeks ago now and saw it was denied again. So I asked a live agent once again why. This time they told me that my document for my bank statement wasn’t the newest and needed a newer version. So I actually received the newest version on July 13th for period June- July 13th. Sent that document in another email received another case number and asked live agent once again to check if I needed anything else now and they said everything needed it good. So they escalated my case again to a department they said. Saw that wire transfer was denied once again and chatted with live agent yesterday. Asked why it was denied. They said they the 3rd party payer couldn’t validate my bank account because they can’t accept <> checking account for wire transfers. Which is not correct because they specifically told me at the beginning of all this that <>  was a good bank that they deal with. I asked my bank also and verified they can accept wire transfers for my account and that most likely I was being scammed from not receiving my wire transfer due to a false statement from the issuer or also known as “stalling loop” The agent I chatted with yesterday then told me I had to open another bank account with either <> banks .i would have to have a positive balance of 20 or more for at least a month and then I could start the process all over again when I got my first statement with my new account. The agent then came back and said that I actually had to have a balance of 30 dollars now. Even though before about a month ago they accepted <> bank and all my information was apparently good to go, so how does it happen now that they don’t accept <> bank? There is always a different reason for everything as a excuse given from multiple live agents over this whole process now. All I want to do is get my full withdrawal that I am Eligible for in the amount of 6505.65 it is all withdrawal able as I already checked that multiple times because they did take away my bonus money I believe they called it off the top of my winnings after my first attempt to withdrawal. Please help me get my withdrawal as I’m eligible and entitled as I played with my money and won. I do have attachments I will upload from the different chats over the month and also email responses from a live agent not from a automatic reply.

Dear cberk74,

First of all for your information, Slots of Vegas is history for me. I don'wan't to discus about that casino. Good for you, that you have the patience to wait for a withdraw that normality according their T&C 10---14 days.
Wish you happiness with that casino...

Not for me!!!

I have won two jackpots and I have actually gotten paid. It can take up to 10 weeks to get paid if you are a US resident though. Just be patient. You will eventually get your money. The games are fun and do pay out.

First of all I will thank ASKGAMBLERS.Com to give me the opportunity to let me put my complain, anger and frustration for weeks on this site. Even my jelling and long discussion, no patronizing at all. I thank you for your understanding how I feel and let me let go my frustration. And Miss Laura...thank you for listening to my grumpy story about the scam that Slots of Vegas has done to me, You are a pair of listening ear, that people need in bad time. Thank you my dear..

And now my review from the beginning that I was trapped by the huge bonus offer, that are the points that make me very angry, They don't value an agreement you made by mail, NO...NO...NO...They have their own Commandments, namely:

THE 7 COMMANDMENT OF THE SLOTS OF VEGAS:------but there is. ME

1. We keep all your data safe and secure.

ME: Yes very true, they tempered and mess your data if you are winning.-

2. All credit card transactions are encrypted to protect your information.

ME: True again, and only they can get to your transaction information and mess it in their advantage.

3. We never sell or rent your information…

ME: NO…they use it for harassment and bully you, to make you weak and surrender, and let them keep your winning.

4. Our payout department processes payouts on a daily basis to grant our members the fastest payouts any online casino has ever offered….

ME: Yes...oh yes...either they void or confiscating your pay out. Or you have to wait 10-20 business days if you behave at their service. If you stay putt on your right, they “Forget“ to sent your apply to pay out on the last day of the proceed. Then they began all over again with telling how long it would take to pay out, beginning at
day 1, very dramatically for a professional staff as they said

5. An efficient and friendly support staff ready to help and assist you at any time…

ME: Right again,....be a good girl, and don’t say anything that they didn’t like, even when that is the truth. If you do…You will get nobody on the line anymore...…not at chat, not at phone and by mail you get the automatic answer machine…they throw away your mail, you never get any proper, substantive reply,

6. An experienced marketing department working 7 days a week to offer you the most exciting and irresistible promotions to be found online….

ME: These persons are the roots of the evil.....The devil in human personality, Very, very professional scammers. …they don’t help you, but trick and scam you shameless and sneaky. They sent you mails with gorgeous offer of a signup bonus of 500% or more for free. They keep on sending you several bonuses of 100 and 100 %. Hoping you will make a deposit and lost.Beware if you win…and you apply for a withdraw…then came the tricks and acts of “the silence of the Lamb" or “Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde”. They forgot all the promises and agreement you made by mail.'

Victoriously and patronizing they remind you of the T&C that you have to read before you click “install”… As a survey has proved that only 98% of the players read carefully the T&C, they put the disadvantage for us the Dutch or some European people at the end of the T&C. So…you are wrong, and your winning + deposit will be void and confiscated..Yes…you have listen to the advice of the experienced staff, the devil herself

7. Customer very fast 24 / 7….

ME: OH-Yes…very true…with taking all your winning and harassment, they are very fast, more ten 24/7

Those are the 7 Commandment that you have to be aware of when playing at Slots of Vegas and some other casino-mate, and believe me....there are many.

When I got mail from the devil MEGAN who told me that the apply for withdraw was unfortunately forgotten to be send for pay out on day 10, I went crazy...I look for the owner of the casino and found it. I forward him just the 2 mails and a screenshot of the proceed of the withdrawel..

The next day I got mail from both devils with the message that the withdraw is pay out and I wil get it after some hours on my account., and it did....late that night the fund is added in my account.

For whom that want to know the owner email, you can contact me for a clue.

That's my close encounter with SLOTS of VEGAS.........on the blacklist again with it,,,,

It's been years since I last played on Slots of Vegas. The fact is I never liked Slots of Vegas for what it really was because all they did in the past was collect my winnings when I wanted to make a withdrawal. In the beginning I was first offered a Free no deposit chip worth $100 with 3x cashout for a total of 30x wagering requirements in my email. I thought maybe this would be great for me because it was free to try so I took it for a spin and had fun with it.

To start off I had $20 up to about $100 then I got lucky after a few hours. It took a total of 6 hours to get the wagering done on a moderately high bet. This allowed me to break the ice alot faster when it comes to reducing the wagering requirements. What I did not expect is after the gruesome wagering requirements I called support to tell them I wagered all my requirements and would like to make a cashout. They first told me that the people processing the withdrawals aren't available until Monday morning. And so I waited until Monday came. I woke up early to chat with support once more only this time they said they aren't here yet. I waited 2 hours more to initiate another chat with them about my cashout. On my third attempt they advised me they are on Holidays for 2 weeks. Are you seriously kidding me!? I wanted to expose them for who they were by waiting until the "2 weeks" were up. Apparently all support ever does is make up excuses one after another just to prevent any type of cashouts or deposits coming from players leaving the casino.

As I said it's been years since I have played on Slots of Vegas but it will be years more that will add on for me to never come back! It was a waste of time and if I made a deposit they would most likely collect my funds. Just another casino to invade our wallets/purses and precious deposits. I would never recommend Slots of Vegas to anyone!! Stay away everyone!!! You will only bump into a brick wall!!!

I have to say that so far Slots of Vegas has worked fine for me. Signed up through latestcasinobonuses.com and got a free $100 chip. Started playing, just small 2/spin got up to 6.25/spin and so far I am up over $1000, and have played through the wagering requirements! Now, look forward to cash in! We see how it goes, but I am optimistic so!

They didnt help me at all false leads of play they let me play win a fortune for over 36 hours I played and then when I finally hit my amount played they ripped me off do not use this site complete bogus a scam if you ever see the site owners idk their names but, Im gonna find out who they are so I can call them retarded and throw garbage at their baby.

I am happy to say that my last payout was received within a month of the original request. So maybe getting a new processor is what they need. The personal attention I have received from my vip manager has been the best

This casino may offer some of the biggest bonuses out there but beware!!! If you are lucky enough to win and cash out, your payout will be delayed with excuses. Total wait time is approximately 6-8 weeks from date of request to get your funds. 7-15 business days for approval (3 weeks),7-15 business days for processing (another 3 weeks), 7-10 business days to rec.(another 2 weeks). And trust me when I say they stretch it to the last of those days.

My last payouts were processed only after coming to this site and filing a complaint. I'm not sure what calendar they use but 7-15 business days never comes for them. After these delays I began looking for the possibility of other complaints about this casino. What I found shocked me! They are listed on SEVERAL blacklists as not to play at them. Any casino under the virtual casino group is serviced by this place in costa rica and seems to handle all payouts in the same way, even if you are a verified player with all docs on file. So if you want to give them your money instantly, wait about 7 weeks for any winnings, and treated rudely by the chat support this is the casino to play at. I play at several other online casinos and winnings are paid and in my account usually within a week of request.

Slots of Vegas (I am 95% sure), was the first casino I ever redeemed a free chip at.The reason I remember this, is because they listed the no deposit bonuses from the highest to the least, and the Chip was for $300 at the time.

At first I thought wow, 300$ free to play!!!! That was me being Naïve, there is a saying and everyone, especially gamblers wish wasn’t true, if looks to good, if it sounds too good, than it is indeed too good to be true. The play through on this free chip was $12,000, that alone is a very hard and high amount to achieve, and of course it is restricted to slots, and keno, and pull tabs (scratch off tickets basically) the reason being, is that those are the lowest paying games. By that I mean, you can spin 20-30-40 times and never even break even, whereas video poker, war, craps, Black Jack, roulette and the other restricted games will have you profit or at worst break even more often than a slot machine would.I didn’t make the play through.A week or so later I get an email from some random name, Clement Mee to be exact, and it said I had a $50 free chip for being a loyal player.

Well long story short, I make the play through on this chip, It had a $150 max cash out.I was told that the free chip was mailed to me by a 3rd party so it wasn’t valid, the page also had a match offer code, and I asked them is this a valid code, and they said yes. That is a scum bag casino for you, they won’t pay you off of a 3rd party free chip, but they will accept your money (of course) from a 3rd party match deposit offer. Not to mention that this casino has a very bad reputation when it comes to paying people.

My advice: Stay Away From This Casino!!!!

Don't give this place any money I redeemed one of their free bonus's and was up to 900 almost to the point where I met the play thru requirements, then magically my total said 90. I told one of the 24 hour chat people after they left the conversation 3 times and I had to keep rejoining a chat, they said that bonuses are subject to whatever terms they say. Then took the 90 I had left and said they would give me a special offer. This offer required me to give them money and they would give me a special offer which was the offer anyone could get today. I would hate for anyone to get ripped off thank god it was just a redemption code.
