Slots of Vegas Casino - Only Crypto Withdrawal Permitted

I have been trying to make a withdrawal on my wins for 4 months at this Casino. I started out with an approximately $300 US win and then my withdrawal was rejected because I did not use a crypto account to withdraw. Then I attempted to withdraw again, about three weeks later and l was denied because I did not withdraw through crypto. The I won more and now had $800 US in my account which I tried to withdraw on September 9th and 2 days later, and I was denied again because I have not made a withdrawal through a crypto account.. I have made at least two withdrawals above $500 in the past and never had a problem with withdrawing through a bank transfer. I am still using the same bank account that I have had for many years. Yet I was told that I was denied the withdrawal because the finance department says so and that I must use a crypto account. I do not have a crypto account and do not have clue how to use one. Additionally ,nowhere on the Slots of Vegas website does it state that I must use crypto for deposits or withdrawals. I dont understand how the casino can force me to use a mode of payment I am not familiar with? Slots of Vegas advertises plenty online . Why do they not indicate that they are an exclusively crypto casino? AskGamblers has been awesome in the past helping me obtain tardy wins from Casinos. I hope that you can assist me in obtaining my wins in the way I was previously paid out , by bank transfer. Thanking you in advance for your help.

Slots of Vegas Casino - Payment assistance

So I have a couple of issues with the site, and I will try to explain them as meticulously as I can, and hopefully, you all will be able to assist me in recovering my money.

So my initial complaint is this: I made what I thought would be only a $30 deposit to open my account, and after my card was charged, I received a receipt stating that there were additional fees, so instead of the $30, the total ended up being $38.29. Along with that email or receipt per se it showed that I successfully deposited $30, and there would be somewhere between $3 and something in fees, and my total will be $33 and something.

I do have screenshots of the receipt stating that, yet like I said, I was charged $38.29. So upon reviewing my account I see what actually they did because once I made the deposit and went into the game they made it seem as if they were offering me free spins but like I said when I looked at my account transactions it showed and $8 deposit for free spins which I never did or knew anything about because and it is stated they are free spins.

So, them being deceptive and actually not giving me free spins but charging me the additional $8 on top of the $30 I made for the deposit, and saying that I had free spins, is where we got the $38.29 from. So that's the first deceptive practice that they made.

Next, I won over $2,50,0, and I completed all of the requirements to withdraw the money, so I went into my profile and went through the withdrawal process. They offer you a few options on how to withdraw your money, which include Bitcoin, wire transfer, check, Etc. So my first attempt to withdraw the money was to my Bitcoin wallet, and this is when the runner left and started, and I had to send them emails of my driver's license and debit card, and I understand that's part of the verification process, so that was done.

Then they come back and tell me that since I made the deposit with a Visa debit card that I couldn't withdraw my funds in Bitcoin, even though it's the option that they provide, not something I came up with. So I canceled that withdrawal attempt and followed what they told me about doing the wire transfer from my bank, since I used the debit card for my bank to make the deposit.

So I get all that information, get it input get up, get everything that they need, and after about 10 days, nothing, so I emailed their chat and asked them what's going on with my withdrawal. And I have heard every story that there is and got every type of run around that they possibly could be.

Also, let me state the fact that I did dispute the $38 charge, and I also have talked to their customer support who requested that I sent them a screenshot of my bank statement and of the receipt that they sent me showing that they charged me more than what the receipt said I should be charged which came from them. I haven't heard anything back.

Next thing, let me go back a couple of steps. When I made the initial request for withdrawal, they took $75 from me, and that was $75 that I received for being a new player and making a deposit. And nowhere in their terms or conditions do they have the right Authority or is there anything that says they can do that so they literally just pretended as if they gave me the coupon for the $75 just like they did with the free spins which they charge me $8 for and when I put in my request for they withdrawal the first thing that came out was was those amounts and I have screenshots and everything to show that.

Okay so where we are now is they had a customer support person to reach out to me and we had a conversation and I like I previously mentioned I got an understanding with them that the deposit amount was disputed because it was the wrong amount and once again I emailed them proof showing them that and they have not responded at all.

Okay, so once again, the other day I contacted online chat and asked where my withdrawal was because after I went to my account, I noticed there was a request by a manager to withdraw $2,429 for my account and the request was approved in $ and 2,429 was taken out of my account. So, of course, that was my question: where is my money at?

They initially tried to say oh well because you disputed the deposit we took your winnings and I have screenshots of our conversation and there was a clear understanding from both sides is that they were in the wrong because they overcharged me for the deposit and I disputed what they overcharged me which I have every legal right to do and it does not deny me of my winnings because they were in the wrong for overcharging me.

So once again the runaround game and they asked me to provide a copy of my bank statement showing that I have been charged that amount yet they know exactly what the amount is because that was the excuse they tried to use to say that wasn't eligible to receive my winnings because I disputed it and I have screenshot showing that they know the exact amount and everything.

So to sum it up, everything is just a big excuse and a big game to try to steal my money, that's simple. And like I said I provided them with the documents for my bank showing that they overcharged me I also with the document that they showed that was my my receipt showing the difference and what they charge me my receipt which proves that I had a valid dispute because they charged me more than what they were supposed to then I also have showing where they took $75 from me that they never should have taken because it was a coupon that was afford it to me for being a new player and depositing as well as them charging me money for free spins.

Oh yes and let me not forget amongst all of the other jargon and nonsense that they've been trying to do to keep from paying me they tried to say that they don't do business with my financial institution that's the reason why I hadn't received the wire transfer which is just like I said another lie because that's exactly where the deposit came from, so this is another ridiculous way for them to try to steal my winnings.***(Please provide email to send further documentation)***

First of all for your information, Slots of Vegas is history for me. I don'wan't to discus about that casino. Good for you, that you have the patience to wait for a withdraw that normality according their T&C 10---14 days.

I have won two jackpots and I have actually gotten paid. It can take up to 10 weeks to get paid if you are a US resident though. Just be patient. You will eventually get your money. The games are fun and do pay out.

And now my review from the beginning that I was trapped by the huge bonus offer, that are the points that make me very angry, They don't value an agreement you made by mail, NO...NO...NO...They have their own Commandments, namely:

ME: Yes very true, they tempered and mess your data if you are winning.-

2. All credit card transactions are encrypted to protect your information.

ME: True again, and only they can get to your transaction information and mess it in their advantage.

3. We never sell or rent your information…

ME: NO…they use it for harassment and bully you, to make you weak and surrender, and let them keep your winning.

4. Our payout department processes payouts on a daily basis to grant our members the fastest payouts any online casino has ever offered….

ME: Yes...oh yes...either they void or confiscating your pay out. Or you have to wait 10-20 business days if you behave at their service. They sent you mails with gorgeous offer of a signup bonus of 500% or more for free. They keep on sending you several bonuses of 100 and 100 %. Hoping you will make a deposit and lost.Beware if you win…and you apply for a withdraw…then came the tricks and acts of “the silence of the Lamb" or “Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde”. They forgot all the promises and agreement you made by mail.'

Victoriously and patronizing they remind you of the T&C that you have to read before you click “install”… As a survey has proved that only 98% of the players read carefully the T&C, they put the disadvantage for us the Dutch or some European people at the end of the T&C. When I got mail from the devil MEGAN who told me that the apply for withdraw was unfortunately forgotten to be send for pay out on day 10, I went crazy...I look for the owner of the casino and found it. I forward him just the 2 mails and a screenshot of the proceed of the withdrawel..

The next day I got mail from both devils with the message that the withdraw is pay out and I wil get it after some hours on my account., and it did....late that night the fund is added in my account.

It's been years since I last played on Slots of Vegas. The fact is I never liked Slots of Vegas for what it really was because all they did in the past was collect my winnings when I wanted to make a withdrawal. In the beginning I was first offered a Free no deposit chip worth $100 with 3x cashout for a total of 30x wagering requirements in my email. I thought maybe this would be great for me because it was free to try so I took it for a spin and had fun with it.

To start off I had $20 up to about $100 then I got lucky after a few hours. It took a total of 6 hours to get the wagering done on a moderately high bet. This allowed me to break the ice alot faster when it comes to reducing the wagering requirements. What I did not expect is after the gruesome wagering requirements I called support to tell them I wagered all my requirements and would like to make a cashout. They first told me that the people processing the withdrawals aren't available until Monday morning. And so I waited until Monday came. I woke up early to chat with support once more only this time they said they aren't here yet. I waited 2 hours more to initiate another chat with them about my cashout. On my third attempt they advised me they are on Holidays for 2 weeks. Are you seriously kidding me!? I wanted to expose them for who they were by waiting until the "2 weeks" were up. Apparently all support ever does is make up excuses one after another just to prevent any type of cashouts or deposits coming from players leaving the casino.

As I said it's been years since I have played on Slots of Vegas but it will be years more that will add on for me to never come back! It was a waste of time and if I made a deposit they would most likely collect my funds. Just another casino to invade our wallets/purses and precious deposits. I have to say that so far Slots of Vegas has worked fine for me. Signed up through latestcasinobonuses.com and got a free $100 chip. Started playing, just small 2/spin got up to 6.25/spin and so far I am up over $1000, and have played through the wagering requirements! Now, look forward to cash in! We see how it goes, but I am optimistic so!

They didnt help me at all false leads of play they let me play win a fortune for over 36 hours I played and then when I finally hit my amount played they ripped me off do not use this site complete bogus a scam if you ever see the site owners idk their names but, Im gonna find out who they are so I can call them retarded and throw garbage at their baby.

I am happy to say that my last payout was received within a month of the original request. So maybe getting a new processor is what they need. The personal attention I have received from my vip manager has been the best

This casino may offer some of the biggest bonuses out there but beware!!! If you are lucky enough to win and cash out, your payout will be delayed with excuses. Total wait time is approximately 6-8 weeks from date of request to get your funds. 7-15 business days for approval (3 weeks),7-15 business days for processing (another 3 weeks), 7-10 business days to rec.(another 2 weeks). And trust me when I say they stretch it to the last of those days.

My last payouts were processed only after coming to this site and filing a complaint. I'm not sure what calendar they use but 7-15 business days never comes for them. After these delays I began looking for the possibility of other complaints about this casino.What I found shocked me! They are listed on SEVERAL blacklists as not to play at them. Any casino under the virtual casino group is serviced by this place in costa rica and seems to handle all payouts in the same way, even if you are a verified player with all docs on file. So if you want to give them your money instantly, wait about 7 weeks for any winnings, and treated rudely by the chat support this is the casino to play at. I play at several other online casinos and winnings are paid and in my account usually within a week of request.

Slots of Vegas (I am 95% sure), was the first casino I ever redeemed a free chip at.The reason I remember this, is because they listed the no deposit bonuses from the highest to the least, and the Chip was for $300 at the time.

At first I thought wow, 300$ free to play!!!! That was me being Naïve, there is a saying and everyone, especially gamblers wish wasn’t true, if looks to good, if it sounds too good, than it is indeed too good to be true.The play through on this free chip was $12,000, that alone is a very hard and high amount to achieve, and of course it is restricted to slots, and keno, and pull tabs (scratch off tickets basically) the reason being, is that those are the lowest paying games. By that I mean, you can spin 20-30-40 times and never even break even, whereas video poker, war, craps, Black Jack, roulette and the other restricted games will have you profit or at worst break even more often than a slot machine would.I didn’t make the play through.A week or so later I get an email from some random name, Clement Mee to be exact, and it said I had a $50 free chip for being a loyal player.

Well long story short, I make the play through on this chip, It had a $150 max cash out.I was told that the free chip was mailed to me by a 3rd party so it wasn’t valid, the page also had a match offer code, and I asked them is this a valid code, and they said yes.That is a scum bag casino for you, they won’t pay you off of a 3rd party free chip, but they will accept your money (of course) from a 3rd party match deposit offer.Not to mention that this casino has a very bad reputation when it comes to paying people.

My advice: Stay Away From This Casino!!!!

Don't give this place any money I redeemed one of their free bonus's and was up to 900 almost to the point where I met the play thru requirements, then magically my total said 90. I told one of the 24 hour chat people after they left the conversation 3 times and I had to keep rejoining a chat, they said that bonuses are subject to whatever terms they say. Then took the 90 I had left and said they would give me a special offer. This offer required me to give them money and they would give me a special offer which was the offer anyone could get today. I would hate for anyone to get ripped off thank god it was just a redemption code.
