On August 10th, I requested a $ 2,500 Bitcoin payout.
It was approved on August 20th to my Coinbase wallet, which I’ve used for all my payouts through them.
I reached out Monday and was told it was only the 7th day; give them 10. I said ok.
I reached out today, and they told me that I needed to provide an alternate address because they don’t use this one. Which makes no sense because I had a coin draw sent from them to that wallet on the 13th. Not to mention, nobody ever reached out to tell me there was an issue.
This is ridiculous to have to fight for a month to get my money when they get theirs right away!
Hope you can help!
Thanks so much!
