Approved Bitcoin withdrawal remains unpaid
Use $2,268 as the disputed amount. That is the approved, overdue payment with the strongest claim.
I respectfully submit this complaint regarding an approved $2,268 Bitcoin withdrawal that Slots of Vegas has not processed or paid within its published timeframe.
Chronology
On August 5, 2026, Slots of Vegas reviewed my Bitcoin withdrawal request. On August 11, 2026, the casino approved a withdrawal in the amount of $2,268. As of August 29, the withdrawal remains at “Approved” status and has not advanced to “Processing” or “Paid.” I have not received the funds or a Bitcoin transaction ID.
Slots of Vegas states in Section 5.8 of its published Terms and Conditions that payment will be made within 7–10 business days after approval. More than 10 business days have elapsed since the $2,268 withdrawal was approved. Accordingly, this approved withdrawal is overdue under the casino’s own published payment commitment.
Attempts to resolve the matter
I have contacted customer service repeatedly. The representatives have stated that the casino is experiencing a high volume of withdrawals and have repeatedly assured me that my withdrawal was “escalated” or “expedited.”
Despite those assurances:
* The approved $2,268 withdrawal has not advanced to processing.
* I have not been given a firm release date.
* No representative has identified a verification, account, or Bitcoin wallet issue.
* I have not been asked to provide any additional documentation.
* I have not received a substantive explanation for the delay.
I have successfully received withdrawals from Slots of Vegas in the past. Historically, once my withdrawals were approved, they advanced to processing within a few hours. This is the first time an approved withdrawal has remained unpaid beyond the casino’s published 7–10 business day timeframe.
Additional pending withdrawals
I also have two separate Bitcoin withdrawal requests that were reviewed on August 12, 2026:
* $2,500, which remains at “Requested” status
* $1,202, which remains at “Requested” status
These two withdrawals are still pending and have not yet been approved. Together, they total $3,702. Including the overdue approved withdrawal, the total amount currently outstanding is $5,970.
I recognize that Section 5.10 of the casino’s terms permits multiple withdrawals to be processed sequentially and may reset the timeframe for subsequent withdrawals. For that reason, the formal disputed amount in this complaint is limited to the $2,268 withdrawal approved on August 11, 2026, because that withdrawal has already been approved and has exceeded the casino’s published 7–10 business day payment period.
The two additional withdrawals are not being presented as overdue payments under Section 5.8 because they remain at “Requested” status and have not yet been approved. However, they are relevant to the overall situation and should not be confused with the approved withdrawal. The sequential-processing provision may affect the timing of those later withdrawals, but it does not explain why the already-approved $2,268 payment remains unpaid beyond the casino’s stated payment commitment.
Requested resolution
I respectfully request that Slots of Vegas:
1. Immediately process and pay the approved $2,268 Bitcoin withdrawal.
2. Provide the payment date and Bitcoin transaction ID when the payment is issued.
3. Confirm in writing whether any hold, verification requirement, or other issue is preventing payment.
4. Confirm whether any further action or documentation is required from me.
5. Provide the anticipated approval and payment sequence for the remaining $3,702 in pending withdrawals, while clearly distinguishing their status from the overdue approved withdrawal.
I have cooperated with the casino, remained patient, and made repeated good-faith efforts to resolve this directly. I am not requesting preferential treatment or anything beyond the withdrawal already approved and the funds reflected in my account.
I respectfully request AskGamblers’ assistance in obtaining payment of the overdue $2,268 withdrawal in accordance with Slots of Vegas’s published 7–10 business day payment commitment, together with a clear written schedule for the remaining $3,702 in pending withdrawals.
