I have never experienced such a fluent Casino regarding the money transactions; both deposits and especially withdrawals.
All transactions are fast and this casino doesn't use any "exhausting" tactics regarding withdrawals, that unfortunately can be seen on some other casinos if you happen to win.

There are some "big" games that are missing like Book of The Dead and Jamming Jars, but hopefully these can be seen on their casino in the future. Also some games (especially the older ones like Major Millions) won't work at all and are somewhat buggy at times.

I made my first deposit and via chat I was given first deposit bonus and 1st part of FS (100 of those, 20 per day). I lost, np with that. The next day there were no FS so I get on chat. I was told that I am not eligible for any (!) bonuses there!? So here is my thinking, if they went against their rules with that bonus policy, what would it be if I would be lucky and try to withdraw something? I bet you that I would have huge problems with that. I don't trust this casino so no trust, no money. I closed it permanent and glad I did that.
It is never the problem with bad luck slots roll, it is the problem with casino not knowing what to do or not to do.

My main screen offered me 200% bonus up to $600 so I deposited $300 and all they gave me was $60....when I messaged them about it they refused to give me my bonus so I requested they take away the $60 bonus so could withdraw my $300 to play elsewhere where they honour their bonuses and they refused to....I have played on many online casinos and this is the first ever issue I have had that has not been resolved.....I do not recommend.....they stole my $300 in my opinion.

I can withdraw winning directly to mt Visa card in about an hour on this site. For this reason I can forgive them a lot when it comes to small issues with bonuses and wagering requirements. Got an email with the promise of freespins. I went in to the site and selected the bonus on the screen and deposited.
I did not receive any freespins so I contacted the live support. After a long wait and even longer wait between answers. After about 30 minutes the support concluded that I needed to send a mail to them. It was my understanding that I was already talking to the support. The freespins in itself does not mean that much to me but to delay a bonus for a paying customer is ridiculous.
There are many casinos out there and i suggest you select on that are serious.
