I made my first deposit and via chat I was given first deposit bonus and 1st part of FS (100 of those, 20 per day). I lost, np with that. The next day there were no FS so I get on chat. I was told that I am not eligible for any (!) bonuses there!? So here is my thinking, if they went against their rules with that bonus policy, what would it be if I would be lucky and try to withdraw something? I bet you that I would have huge problems with that. I don't trust this casino so no trust, no money. I closed it permanent and glad I did that.

Got an email with the promise of freespins. I went in to the site and selected the bonus on the screen and deposited.
I did not receive any freespins so I contacted the live support. After a long wait and even longer wait between answers. After about 30 minutes the support concluded that I needed to send a mail to them. It was my understanding that I was already talking to the support. I have never experienced such a fluent Casino regarding the money transactions; both deposits and especially withdrawals.
