Declined payment, no further information why


On the 27 mars i made an deposit and played on SirJackpotCasino. I deposited 500 SEK and got 200% welcome bonus.
After that i wagered the bonus (The same day) i had a total of 8289 SEK on my account. I then made an withdrawl.
On the 3 april they send me an email for veification. I then sent them all documents, and made an new withdrawl.
On the 10 april, they sent med an new email, that they needed an Sefle with my ID card. This is 2 weeks! after i made my first withdrawl! I sent them this document to..
After that, i have not been able to log in to my account, and the support want help me, and say that they can not answer my questions. It is up to the security department they say...

first of all. i have NOT refused to finish the KYC. I have contacted you, not the other way around.
And in what way have you been in contact with me?
And how dare you to say that i have a fake number? Last time i was able to log on to sirjackpot, (ages ago) THAT WAS MY NUMBER! now, i have a new number. have you never changed phone number?
I am only availible at evenings on my phone, can you call me then? and is it better to give the number to your not so good support maybe, i dont want everyone to see it here.

Withdrawal of €1,600 delayed over 5 weeks now
Hello, so I deposited with a 200% bonus and everything seemed fine. Had some luck and completed the wager with 1600€ to withdraw. Made a withdrawal of 1200€ and waited two days, nothing happened. It was over the weekend so nothing wrong with that. But I thought hey! Why not verify my account with the standard verificationprocess like most casinos ’s use nowadays, so I uploaded proof of adress, picture of my ID-card and creditcard to mabye make the payment process go abit faster even though that was not yet necessary since they had not asked me to verify my account yet. ”The verification process will occur the latest when the Account Holder has cumulative withdrawals of €2,330 following the Malta Gaming Authority regulations.” Anyway half a day passed and I thought I would login and see if my verificationuploads had been verified, they had not. All of them got declined. Seemed quite strange so I tried to upload yet again - same problem again they got denied. Then I remembered that I had taken the pictures with an Iphone (uses another kind of pictureformat) so converted my photos to .jpg and uploaded them again. And guess what still got declined. Now It had been 4-5 days still had not heard anything why they got declined so I contacted customersupport and asked what’s happening to my withdrawal and why my verification was denied. Apparently the ”paymentdepartment” had a few questions for me and would call me within a few days. Nothing happened for a another 4 days. Contacted the customersupport yet again and they said they where sorry and they would tell the paymentdepartment to hurry up. Almost a week later had not recieved a call.. contacted the support again and asked what’s up? Now they had a bit more information regarding my withdrawal, apparently the ”securitydepartment” had made a random check of my account to give me a call and ask a few questions - yes random. Notice how apparently It was first the paymentdepartment that wanted to speak to me not the securitydeparment. Anyway waited another week, did not recieve any sort of call from Sir jackpot, also noticed my account had been shutdown within these two weeks of waiting. Contacted support yet again and they said they were sorry for It taking so long (also asked them If there was anykind of number I could call them up on and talk with either departments, twice. They did not answer that question. Also tried to withdrawal the rest of my money I had left on the account to see If mabye that amount would be quicker to withdrawal (400€) when the account was not locked yet nothing happened with that withdrawal aswell. I have printscreens with conversations between me and the support aswell but I am writing this on my mobile and don’t know how to upload them, Also have lots of pictures of my winnings (I like to screenshot when I win ”big”) And printscreens of my winnings being in the process of an withdrawal. - 5 weeks later still haven’t heard from Sir jackpot, Would appreciate some kind of recignition of what’s going on here.. English is not my first language, sorry :)
