Withdrawal of €1,600 delayed over 5 weeks now

Hello, so I deposited with a 200% bonus and everything seemed fine. Had some luck and completed the wager with 1600€ to withdraw. Made a withdrawal of 1200€ and waited two days, nothing happened. It was over the weekend so nothing wrong with that. But I thought hey! Why not verify my account with the standard verificationprocess like most casinos ’s use nowadays, so I uploaded proof of adress, picture of my ID-card and creditcard to mabye make the payment process go abit faster even though that was not yet necessary since they had not asked me to verify my account yet. ”The verification process will occur the latest when the Account Holder has cumulative withdrawals of €2,330 following the Malta Gaming Authority regulations.” Anyway half a day passed and I thought I would login and see if my verificationuploads had been verified, they had not. All of them got declined. Seemed quite strange so I tried to upload yet again - same problem again they got denied. Then I remembered that I had taken the pictures with an Iphone (uses another kind of pictureformat) so converted my photos to .jpg and uploaded them again. And guess what still got declined. Now It had been 4-5 days still had not heard anything why they got declined so I contacted customersupport and asked what’s happening to my withdrawal and why my verification was denied. Apparently the ”paymentdepartment” had a few questions for me and would call me within a few days. Nothing happened for a another 4 days. Contacted the customersupport yet again and they said they where sorry and they would tell the paymentdepartment to hurry up. Almost a week later had not recieved a call.. contacted the support again and asked what’s up? Now they had a bit more information regarding my withdrawal, apparently the ”securitydepartment” had made a random check of my account to give me a call and ask a few questions - yes random. Notice how apparently It was first the paymentdepartment that wanted to speak to me not the securitydeparment. Anyway waited another week, did not recieve any sort of call from Sir jackpot, also noticed my account had been shutdown within these two weeks of waiting. Contacted support yet again and they said they were sorry for It taking so long (also asked them If there was anykind of number I could call them up on and talk with either departments, twice. They did not answer that question. Also tried to withdrawal the rest of my money I had left on the account to see If mabye that amount would be quicker to withdrawal (400€) when the account was not locked yet nothing happened with that withdrawal aswell. I have printscreens with conversations between me and the support aswell but I am writing this on my mobile and don’t know how to upload them, Also have lots of pictures of my winnings (I like to screenshot when I win ”big”) And printscreens of my winnings being in the process of an withdrawal. - 5 weeks later still haven’t heard from Sir jackpot, Would appreciate some kind of recignition of what’s going on here.. English is not my first language, sorry :)

On the 27 mars i made an deposit and played on SirJackpotCasino. I deposited 500 SEK and got 200% welcome bonus. After that i wagered the bonus (The same day) i had a total of 8289 SEK on my account. I then made an withdrawl. On the 3 april they send me an email for veification. I then sent them all documents, and made an new withdrawl. On the 10 april, they sent med an new email, that they needed an Sefle with my ID card. This is 2 weeks! after i made my first withdrawl! I sent them this document to.. After that, i have not been able to log in to my account, and the support want help me, and say that they can not answer my questions. It is up to the security department they say...

Unfair confiscation of winning

I requested a withdrawal of 1100$ then my winnings were confiscated and they said I violated bonus terms but I never accepted any bonuses from this casino for my deposits. Yes I bet more than 5$ on games but that was using my own money, not bonus money. I always have declined the bonuses. It's very suspicious that when I first played at this casino two days ago and deposited over 2000$ and lost only withdrawal $400 that they never once said I violated any terms and I was betting more than 5$ then too. So this is just unfair and amounts to fraud on behalf of the casino. I want my deposits at this casino refunded since they are not giving me what I "paid" for.

I've been a member of Sir Jackpot casino about 2 years now. I believe it was a short time after they went online.
At the time, their website didn't look very interesting but I didn't mind because they were new which is could be expected from a new casino.

I made my first deposit and got my first deposit bonus instantly. I've played with my balance about an hour and a half, I had a great time playing here but lost it all. At the time they had limited NetEnt games but they did had my favorite games in their list which I was very happy about. They probably noticed that I lost my money and sent me an email about free €5 is waiting in my account, glad I was indeed and spent it playing Jack Hammer vs evil dr. Wüten but yet I lost it all again. I made another small deposit of €25 and won more than €200 playing NetEnt's Elements. I requested a withdrawal of €200 and sent them the documents they needed in case they asked for them.

I got an email saying that my account is now verified and I got my money within 24 hours later and it was fast in my opinion. Since my withdrawal, I haven't made any deposit anymore and they probably noticed this because they sent me an email about 10 free spins are waiting in my account. I logged in and open the game where the spins should be but unfortunately they weren't there, so I contacted live chat about it and I got the impression the person I talked to wasn't very friendly but eventually he did add the spins.

I've spent in total of €60 on this casino and made 1 withdrawal of €200, that's a €140 profit. For some is this amount of money not much but to me it's one month free groceries.

Sir Jackpot casino is a fantastic casino and they do have plenty of games from various providers like NetEnt, Microgaming etc.

Pending period is average compared with other nowadays top notch casinos.

Recently signed up on sir jackpot had a poor run of luck and games lagging up until Saturday where I deposited 20 credits and turned it into 1000having an amazing run on eggomatic, jackhammer and mega fortune!

Verification procedure was reasonable and awaiting my funds to reach my account .

All round a good casino so far.

Good selection of games from a few great providers.

I posted a review after a few days of playing on their site saying; I just signed up, very unreasonable verification procedures, it would be easier to apply for a passport.

Customer Service is not friendly at all, for the exception of one Agent. Can't wait to see their withdraw tactics and any other issues on this site.

It's now over 2 weeks playing on Sir Jackpot, I was new to this site and I wanted to see for myself, but I now can say with a little experience playing on their Casino, lots of deposits, lot of losing games and I was mostly correct when writing the review plus much more.

Their verification procedures are unbelievable, it takes days to be verified, therefore, no withdraw until you are verified and then you have to deal with their withdraw delay tactics.

I made the mistake by adding another credit card that I did not use to deposit on my tiny wins, my withdraw rolled back into my account 4 times, I had to wait until that card was verified and that was another 3 days.

They state in their T & C; "Your withdraw must be from the same credit card method you completed your deposit for your withdraw to clear". My withdraw was from the same card, but they decided to move around that term, make up their own to delay.

I Played over 20 different games, with several playing the same game 3/4 deposits in a row, over $500 in deposits, very, very, very hard to get any scatters or bonus spin popping up, if I did receive a scatter or a bonus spin, the payout was extremely low.

The tiny withdraws I was able to complete, they got every dollar back from the tiny wins, plus more.

I contacted Customer Service a few time to ask why the site makes it so hard to receive scatters or bonus and the low payouts on spin and their reply was; " we have no control of the outcome of any game or payouts". No credits, no free spins offered, then to top it off, they are so rude that they would not say anymore until the chat automatically closes.

Their Tuesday free spins requires wagering on your wins.

This only interest this Casino has is to make money, I have no trust in this Casino, but I have not locked my account yet, maybe it is my luck.

It looks good and I'll stop there not going to rave on anymore about places that I find to be just shams.

Ok a bunch of game errors and lag, unreasonable verification procedures its like I'm applying for a passport (photo's) and they seem to think an invoice carries more weight than a bank statement or good luck with that, and give it wide berth trust me unstable environment and if you happen to pull off the magic trick be ready to be mucked around at the gate.
