I've been a member of Sir Jackpot casino about 2 years now. I believe it was a short time after they went online.
At the time, their website didn't look very interesting but I didn't mind because they were new which is could be expected from a new casino.

I made my first deposit and got my first deposit bonus instantly. I've played with my balance about an hour and a half, I had a great time playing here but lost it all. At the time they had limited NetEnt games but they did had my favorite games in their list which I was very happy about. They probably noticed that I lost my money and sent me an email about free €5 is waiting in my account, glad I was indeed and spent it playing Jack Hammer vs evil dr. Wüten but yet I lost it all again. I made another small deposit of €25 and won more than €200 playing NetEnt's Elements. I requested a withdrawal of €200 and sent them the documents they needed in case they asked for them.

I got an email saying that my account is now verified and I got my money within 24 hours later and it was fast in my opinion. Since my withdrawal, I haven't made any deposit anymore and they probably noticed this because they sent me an email about 10 free spins are waiting in my account. I logged in and open the game where the spins should be but unfortunately they weren't there, so I contacted live chat about it and I got the impression the person I talked to wasn't very friendly but eventually he did add the spins.

I've spent in total of €60 on this casino and made 1 withdrawal of €200, that's a €140 profit. For some is this amount of money not much but to me it's one month free groceries.

I posted a review after a few days of playing on their site saying; I just signed up, very unreasonable verification procedures, it would be easier to apply for a passport.

It's now over 2 weeks playing on Sir Jackpot, I was new to this site and I wanted to see for myself, but I now can say with a little experience playing on their Casino, lots of deposits, lot of losing games and I was mostly correct when writing the review plus much more.

Their verification procedures are unbelievable, it takes days to be verified, therefore, no withdraw until you are verified and then you have to deal with their withdraw delay tactics.

I made the mistake by adding another credit card that I did not use to deposit on my tiny wins, my withdraw rolled back into my account 4 times, I had to wait until that card was verified and that was another 3 days.

They state in their T & C; "Your withdraw must be from the same credit card method you completed your deposit for your withdraw to clear". My withdraw was from the same card, but they decided to move around that term, make up their own to delay.

I Played over 20 different games, with several playing the same game 3/4 deposits in a row, over $500 in deposits, very, very, very hard to get any scatters or bonus spin popping up, if I did receive a scatter or a bonus spin, the payout was extremely low.

The tiny withdraws I was able to complete, they got every dollar back from the tiny wins, plus more.

I contacted Customer Service a few time to ask why the site makes it so hard to receive scatters or bonus and the low payouts on spin and their reply was; " we have no control of the outcome of any game or payouts". No credits, no free spins offered, then to top it off, they are so rude that they would not say anymore until the chat automatically closes.

Their Tuesday free spins requires wagering on your wins.

This only interest this Casino has is to make money, I have no trust in this Casino, but I have not locked my account yet, maybe it is my luck.

- a lot of games with an okay style (still not very fast loading)

- Very very unfriendly customer Service!
- Account cannot be closed via Chat.
- Bad Bonus System
- Deposited a lot and got only bad answers from customer Support.

It looks good and I'll stop there not going to rave on anymore about places that I find to be just shams.

Ok a bunch of game errors and lag, unreasonable verification procedures its like I'm applying for a passport (photo's) and they seem to think an invoice carries more weight than a bank statement or good luck with that, and give it wide berth trust me unstable environment and if you happen to pull off the magic trick be ready to be mucked around at the gate.
