Royal Rabbit Casino

Royal Rabbit is a trustworthy online casino. I know this because their background states that the site was built by professionals with more than 15 years of Igaming industry experience. And I have proven their claim to be true because I spent many years playing here, and I have never experienced any problems regarding my playtime, payouts, and more importantly, deposits and withdrawals. Speaking of deposits, I found their welcome bonus package quite captivating. I remember that their condition was to make the first deposit of at least €20 and they will match it with a 100% bonus worth €500. Even better, I remember that they also added 250 free spins, which were very, very favorable in my experience.

Although I noted that Royal Rabbit is a trustworthy online casino, I still can’t help but comment how (very) sometimes they have some unfair bonus terms and conditions, most specifically on their newly released promotions. I hope those cases were just a glitch because they will certainly make interested players think twice about opening an account on their site.

I play at several casinos, but this is my choice when I feel like playing a fresh new games. The game library is vast and sometimes I don't even manage to scroll to the bottom of the list. The support have also been very helpful when it came to any issues with games. I am very satisfied with their professionalism especially in our times.

Nice design, variety of games. A lot of payment method. They also have good providers and a cool operator which guarantees you a safe payment system and safety.

I was a victim of their KYC, because they took a hole week to verify a gambler which is normally verified in less than 12 hours. And not only that. I had withdrawals requests since the beginning of the week and after I was verified they still didn’t proceeded my withdraws stalling on my money there for more time. I know they wanted me to gamble away the money and this was very disappointed. I will not recommend this casino to anyone.

I really do not have much good to say, but here we go: Good amount of games! Nice design and easy to deposit! Got a good selection of deposit methods. Fast reply from support.

This pasrt is easier: I find that games crashes constantly! After a few spins it looses connection and you get error messages. "Internal error" or whatever. And it is really bothering me! And it happends a lot, with all games I have played there.
They offer bonuses and I checked for the "Tuesday deposit bonus - 25 free spins". I deposited 3 times, but did not get any spins. So I contacted support and they manually added 75 spins to me - only to find that the value of the free spins was NOK 0.10 each. That is about €0.70 in total. Seriously? Why waste our time with crappy free spins like that?

Royal Rabbit Casino is an interesting casino with nice design. They have many providers which is also good. Their bonus system is like BetatCasino means a player can withdraw any time unless he touchs the bonus balance. Last night I made my 1st deposit of $20.40 and managed to withdraw $80 within 30 minutes where my balance never reached near bonus balance. So, I reached to live chat to make confirm if I can withdraw any time where I never touched bonus. Then support agent told me "yes" I can withdraw. After that I played more some and deicided to withdraw $80 where my balance was 100.40. Support is fast, good and willing to help. Recommended casino for give a try. I will play there more.

Verification takes upto 3 days which is slow enough. I had uploaded twice my kyc documents to them. I don't have any idea about their payment system because I didn't receive my withdraw yet.
