Hi
I have recently joined this casino and I am waiting to withdraw funds of 1970 - I have sent all my documents to the casino to verify my account - I have sent these on Friday and 6 days later my account still hasn’t been verified - I have spoke to several people every day on chat VIP support and they just keep telling me to wait and there is no time frame even though there terms and conditions say accounts should be verified within 2 days - I have added some screenshots and have more I can forward if you need.
Can you please help - I feel the casino is stalling in verifying my account so they don’t have to process my withdrawl and would really appreciate some help as I am getting no where with the chat support

From what i see you had requested and update as you submitted the wrong card the previous time. I see that the team received your updated information on the 2nd of February, furthermore i see a note that they are in the process of checking.

You only know that information because I sent the second email on the 2nd of feb when I realized I had sent the incorrect card - I am still waiting for someone to contact me about the first email to tell me the details are incorrect
Your chat advisors told me that there were system issues that’s why there was a delay and just to wait with no time frame
So my second email was sent on the 2nd and today is the 4th - I’m assuming my account will be verified today then?

Hi again,
There is no mention on verification time in the terms and conditions. The only place where you see 2 days has to do with your withdrawal post verification(4.9 General T&C).
Thus once your verification is complete you can expect your withdrawal shortly.
