NEW INFORMATION ABOUT ROY RICHIE, can be found on MGA site:

The Malta Gaming Authority (hereinafter the ‘Authority’) is hereby notifying that BTM Entertainment Group Limited, gaming licence MGA/B2C/350/2016, has been suspended as of 31 January, 2019.

BTM Entertainment Group Limited has thus been directed to indefinitely suspend all gaming operations, cease to register new players or accept any deposits on the Licence and to submit all data and documentation requested by the Authority.

Furthermore the Authority hereby notifies that any websites operated by BTM Entertainment Group Limited, or associated with BTM Entertainment Group Limited, and which make reference to the Authority or the above-quoted licence is not approved to be operational by the Authority. Due to the suspension of the licence, BTM Entertainment Group Limited is therefore not authorised to continue conducting gaming by means of distance communications under an Authority licence.

Players who deem to have any outstanding payments due to them on the mentioned licence are to send an email to [email protected] and should submit the following information:

Name and Surname;
Registered Address;
Date of Birth;
Copy of Passport or ID Card;
Telephone Number;
Description of Product i.e. casino or sportsbook;
User Name; and
Screenshot of Balance or any pending Cash Outs (if not available an estimated balance is to be submitted).
The Authority notifies that no further information shall be released at this stage in order not to compromise any investigations that may need to be performed by the Authority and/or any other competent authority.

Today I heard from Neteller that they were informed by RoyRichie representatives that their company is bankrupt. So promises about bringing the website back online are clearly lies.

The only hope is that they still have player funds stored in a separate account in a bank, which they should have done following the Malta Gaming Authority rules. However, we all know the MGA are not very good at looking after bookmakers following their rules.
The only realistic hope I have is that RoyRichie was a customer of the Satabank, which is a Maltese bank which services almost all licensed bookmakers on Malta. That means their funds are still frozen in there already since October, because all accounts at Satabank were frozen at that point due to a money laundering investigation. In that case, there may still be some money left to pay players.

I strongly advise all players owed by RoyRichie to call the Malta Gaming Authority (Tel: +356 2546 9000) and put some pressure on them. Emailing has no use as they don't even bother to answer (or maybe just a standard reply after many weeks, but never a serious reply), you should call on a weekly basis and ask for continued updates and put pressure on them to handle this situation. Otherwise nothing will happen.

Today received this reply from Complaints at MGA

Dear Customer,

Whilst acknowledging your claim please be assured that player funds held with the operator are being safeguarded and the Authority will ensure that all legitimate claims will be paid accordingly in due course. For this reason a record of your full details is being retained and once the release of player funds has been sanctioned, we trust that disbursement will take place shortly thereafter.

We will keep you updated with the progress. Your patience at this time would be greatly appreciated.

Respect: They managed to rip off not only their clients, but also their affiliates and suppliers

Stalling payments, followed by a myrade of excuses ending in non-payments.
Live-Chat deactivated long ago due to complaints - still continued to accept new clients (of course).
Email Support deactivate shortly after
Website now offline
CEO/CTA & Board Members mysteriously dissapeared
Nobody working at Roy Richie is available for comment nor anyone affiliated with them has any information
Another prime example of the highly respected maltese gaming license

Nothing. They ran away with our funds like cowards.

I advise everyone who is still owed money by RoyRichie to call the Malta Gaming Authority about this (0035625469000) because that is the only way to put pressure on them. They do not even care to reply on emails so please everybody just call and not email!

Nothing, they are scammers. What MGA said about this?

They runaway with players money.
Site is down
Emails are suspended
No support since November at least

That they dont answers emails and their site is down but mostly they owe me 1325 euros.
Any ideas on how to get the money from them?

The site is down for the past three days. My money of around 500$ is stuck with the site. The support email hasn't worked in the past one week. How do we recover our money?

Do not pay....they do not pay
They do not respond to e-mails
Avoid them
